ENHANCE YOUR CRUISE EXPERIENCEwith the GO NEXT SEATTLE PRE-CRUISE PROGRAM

JUNE 18–19 • $499 per person, double occupancy

Available exclusively to Pac-12 travelers, this carefully designed program includes one night at the four-star Renaissance Seattle Hotel or a similar accommodation, a specially arranged sightseeing tour, transfers from the hotel to the cruise ship, a professional guide, and more.

JUNE 19: SEATTLE, WASHINGTONEmbark on your luxury cruise aboard the Regatta in Seattle, Washington’s exciting waterfront city and home of the famed Space Needle.

JUNE 20: CRUISING THE INSIDE PASSAGECruise along Canada’s scenic west coast into Alaska’s more sheltered Inside Passage, an island-dotted waterway edged by verdant forests, mountains, and glaciers.

JUNE 21: KETCHIKAN, ALASKABuilt around salmon canneries and sawmills, Ketchikan was once proclaimed the Salmon Capital of the World. Its unique culture is celebrated through its renowned collection of totem poles, an accolade to Native art. Situated at the foot of Deer Mountain, Ketchikan is backed by steep forested slopes and fringed by a pristine waterfront, creating an impossibly beautiful backdrop. Not far in the distance is the Tongass National Forest, abundant with wildlife and the peaceful aura of the North Country.

JUNE 22: JUNEAU, ALASKAFounded in 1880 when Joe Juneau and Richard Harris struck gold, the thriving Alaskan capital of Juneau offers an eclectic mix of people and pastimes. The downtown streets feature upscale shopping with a traditional twist along with authentic Alaskan totems and art, while spectacular mountain scenery stuns from every angle.

JUNE 23: SKAGWAY, ALASKALocated at the northwest end of the Alaska Marine Highway, Skagway was known as the gateway to the gold fields. Today this delightful town retains the flavor of the gold rush era.

JUNE 24: ICY STRAIT POINT (HOONAH), ALASKAWilderness and tribal traditions intertwine in Icy Strait Point. Nearby is culturally rich Hoonah, a fishing village for hundreds of years and home to the largest Tlingit Indian settlement in Alaska.

JUNE 25: HUBBARD GLACIERA journey to Alaska wouldn’t be complete without viewing Alaska’s longest tidewater glacier. Enchanting visitors with its towering magnificence and sparkling shades of blue, the majestic Hubbard Glacier is more than six miles wide where it meets the ocean.

JUNE 26: SITKA, ALASKAHistorically significant and vibrantly multicultural, Sitka is the storyteller of some of the state’s most compelling history. The city’s fascinating museums house some of Alaska’s oldest native culture collections, and the Sitka National Historical Park boasts totem-lined forest trails and authentic artisan exhibits.

JUNE 27: CRUISING THE OUTSIDE PASSAGECruise the Outside Passage through the open blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.

JUNE 28: VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADARich with British heritage and overflowing with cosmopolitan charm, Victoria is a town where high tea and world-class flower gardens are part of everyday life. Bears, she has guided Cal to four NCAA and four Pac-12 team championships. CELEBRITY LECTURER RICK REILLY

Rick Reilly has been voted National Sportswriter of the Year eleven times. He was at Sports Illustrated for twenty-two years and ESPN for eight more before retiring from journalism in 2016 and beginning a career as a screenwriter and novelist. He’s known for his breezy, hilarious, and yet often emotional style,

the kind that graced the back page of Sports Illustrated for years, not to mention ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown and SportsCenter. His Sports Illustrated column was the first signed weekly opinion column in the magazine’s long history. The Bloomberg News calls him the “Tiger Woods of sports columnists.” “The closest thing sportswriting has ever had to a rock star,” says USA Today. Reilly is the founder of the anti-malaria effort Nothing but Nets, which has raised over $60 million to fight malaria. Reilly and NBA star Steph Curry are the spokesmen. The Denver Post wrote, “Nothing but Nets is one charity that scores big.” Reilly will be joined on the cruise by his wife, Cynthia.
