Full planning permission has been granted by The Royal Borough of Greenwich under reference 17/3338/F for the “Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site providing 83sqm of commercial use and 24 residential units (9x1-bed, 11x2-bed, 4x3-bed)”.
