OBJECTS & CHANGE REQUESTS DONE FROM SCRATCH

• Develop scratch report for Ex-Line Delivery (formerly known as Push Production) is a global

requirement to allow Shell Operating Units (OUs) the ability to manufacture and then immediately

deploy stock. The “Ex-line Delivery Priority Report” helps the warehouse supervisor to identify where a

product needs to be pushed that is either to a customer or a Shell warehouse or to the plant warehouse.

This report will be used for daily planning, setting priorities and monitoring by a warehouse supervisor.

• Develop a APO program to calculate and create reorder point replenishment at tank level the

enhancement is to allow storage location level planning for products managed by Shell on behalf of theVMI customers For all these products where storage location level planning is done, the stock level from

customer’s Inventory management.

• Develop a interface it is intended to use the EH&S Standard functionality “Report Export Process” as a

starting point and to modify the process in a way that it fits for the purposes of the interface.

• Develop a Change request layout (form) was initially designed /aligned to print the details on the A4

size paper only. The use of the existing report in Canada is not aligning the details correctly when the

printed on non-A4 sheet.(LETTER) Therefore the report should be enhanced so that the details are

correctly aligned on paper size LETTER (used in US & Canada).

• Develop a change request for BIP (Bitumen Business Growth in Netherlands) a business scenario exists

where there are bitumen sales in Shell France (company code FR01) supplied from the Pernis BOMP

(plant N490) in the Netherlands.

• Develop scratch report to provide the view for intragroup rebate report on commissions that can be

viewed from a Conco perspective. This provides a fundamental problem for Aviation operating the

substitution of seller model as the Conco is unable to understand what Delcos owe them. This is a basic

requirement to allow Aviation to operate within the SOS environment.

• Develop scratch report can be run as a detailed report giving all the disputed items with information

such as document number and amounts. In addition, the report can run to show a summary of the creditlimit, exposure and disputed items. This will, therefore, give a view of the potential total exposure taking

account of the disputed items.
