2. The Director MSME-Development Institutes will place order for above services I goods after followingpurchase procedure given in the latest General Financial Rules and related guidelines on the subject.

3. The Director MSME-Development Institutes shall avail the services of NIC for web hosting! maintenance;Internet Connectivity and other related requirements like VPN, ipv6 implementations, cloud services etc.,whereveravailable. •

4. The amount sanctioned and given in columns (i,ii,iii, iv, v, vi, vii) of the Table given in para 1, will be utilized byMSME-DIs/Br. MSME DIs. However, if there is any marginal increase/decrease in any item of expenditure given incolumn i to vii of table, maximum 15% of the sanctioned amount expenditure can be incurred under emergencies,keeping the overall expenditure within the allocated amount. The fund allocated for website maintenance has beengiven for 6 months.

5. Funds allocated under contingencies includes repair & purchase of Cartridges, IT spare parts for printers,UPSs, PCs, LAN cabling maintenance, Antivirus etc.

6. The expenditure is Plan. Itwill be debited to the following and met from demand no 58- Ministry ofMSME for the Financial Year 2016-17.
