Nutrition is the 90% of the battle. Eating more frequently throughout the day, in smaller portions will speed up your metabolism and increase nutrient delivery to your muscle cells. Take one day a week to do all of your meal prep and separate it into Tupperware containers. Eliminate TV for 6 days this week. It’s only six days, it’s not the end of the world. You will have more free time, your brain will function better, and allow you to be more focused in everything you do. If you don’t think you watch a lot of TV, we challenge you to journal every time you turn on the TV and the hours spent watching. Get a training/accountability partner Find someone with similar goals as you. Ask them to hold you accountable for the 6x6 program. Ask them to workout with you, to text/call/message you to check in and remind you to lift and eat right. Get A MIN 6 hours sleep/day this week. If you’ve done the previous step, this should be a no-brainer. 6 hours of sleep a night will allow for a solid amount of muscle recovery and energy recuperation. Know your “WHY” This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of this program. What is your driving force behind what you are doing? You need an emotional attachment to the reason you are doing the 6x6 program. Follow the steps Gabe Tuft outlined in the 6x6 program video to search for your WHY.
