Project Statement of Work (SOW)

This is the statement of work in which describes the organizations necessity for this project, the end of life cycle for Corporate Manager Laptops has been reached. Therefore it is necessary for 7-Eleven to purchase new equipment that requires a User Profile migration plan to take place. The new equipment will allow 7-Eleven to be ahead of its competitors and increase managers productivity. Although there may be some initial overhead costs, the returns will pay for themselves in productivity and sales.

• Lenovo is writing script code for migration

• Create Documentation with Username and Asset Tag number

• Create Inventory list of old systems to be migrated

• Verify network accessibility on site

• Plan to have Rep from Microsoft and Lenovo
