The traditional 7 QC Tools are used in ICC activities to uncover the problem, arrange the data, analyse the causes, undertake counter measures for improvement, and to ensure continuous improvement. Most of them will involve numerical data in their applications. The 7 new QC tools are techniques for managers and their staff to use at the planning stage to set out the important direction towards organisation’s improvement.
