Subject: Our Experience with Tushar Somaiya's Agile Training Services
Dear Sir/Madam,
It gives me immense pleasure to recommend Tushar Somaiya who had conducted the Agile
Development training for our employees. We truly appreciate Tushar's knowledge and capability and
the valuable output that our employees have received through his training sessions.
We connected with Tushar, founder and director of ShuHaRiAgile, to help our employees in order to
better understand the elements and dynamics of performing "true" Agile Development. After brief
discussions with our Technical Architect team, Tushar tailored a course which was particularly relevant
to our employee's experience, work culture within the organization and to our current development
environment. We engaged him for two separate training sessions to help us attain the "critical mass"
and common understanding necessary for a successful implementation of the Agile methodology.
We are impressed with the enthusiastic and participative way in which Tushar involved the program
participants in the training sessions. He quickly connected with them, easily gained their trust and
confidence because of the approach in which he interacted with the program participants and also
addressing their concerns. Tushar has excellent command over written and verbal communication
which was displayed during his training session. His experience in the Agile methodology, coupled
with his clear, interesting, and energetic teaching expertise, has successfully given an insight to ouremployees which has helped them attain a new approach & a higher level of understanding andenthusiasm for Agile.
The training received excellent accolades from the participants. Tushar is also a good team player &
during his presentation coordinated confidently with the professionals in the company. He was very
enthusiastic and observant during the training session and thereby completed the training successfullyas planned & discussed with us.
His approach towards solving all the concerns & his analytical skills prove as great attributes for him
in his training career. Based on the evaluation of his presentation, I have no hesitation in strongly
recommending Tushar.
