The extension of the vineyards and the excellence of its mono varieties, make it the best white grape variety of Cape of Formentor, and one of the most promising of the country.

Recommend temperature for the wine is 6-8°C, so that they provide that slight sweetness.

Once sufficient time has passed for the grape to sit (in this last phase seven days are necessary to keep the wine in the best conditions at a temperature of 4.5 º), the vine-growers can begin the last procedures to bottle and label our Albariño.
