IDEAL IF:This level will suit you if you are responsible for running a facility that provides services for vulnerable. You might be a manager or deputy manager who has not yet achieved a recognised vocational qualification at this level.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:To achieve this qualification you will need to be work in a relevant job role, you will be holistically assessed across all the qualification. Your assessor will observe and ask questions as you perform tasks, and look at a portfolio of work that you’ve built as formal evidence of learning. Then your assessor will confirm you’ve got the skills to meet the requirements and do the job well.

WHAT NEXT?To be a manager of adult residential and domiciliary services or children’s homes you need to have this qualification. The Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services can also help you work in roles such as:
