Building a community is what Realty Executives is about – part of that community is the school. How can a real estate company help a school – well by GIVING BACK. Realty Executives wants to give 5% of earned commission back to the school districts through a school referral program. Buy or sell your home with Realty Executives and we will give 5% of the earned commission to the school and program of your choice.

All Buyers and Sellers can utilize the program. The terms are as follows:1. No money can be paid to an individual.
2. All money will be donated to the school. The referee or seller/buyer will fill out the included form to designate the department they chose to have the funds allocated to.
3. Five percent of the money Realty Executives, Preferred Advisors Inc receives at closing of the sale will be made out as a donation to the school the referee designates.
4. This should not be construed as an enticement to buy or sale.
The purpose of this fund raiser is two fold.1. We want to give back to the school system. As parents, we are sad to see school funding constantly being cut.
2. Allowing us the honor of working with the school systems employees with their buying and selling needs.
Example Scenario:Teacher purchases/sells a home. Teacher designates the donation to the Music Department of XYZ School System. Teacher buys a home priced at $150,000. Commission from the pur-chase is 3% of the sales price. 5% of the 3% = $225 donated to the school. (if commission is 3.5% = $262.50)
We are doing this for every school district. We will have a contest with a larger donation for the highest donation amount on May 1st! Details coming soon!
