ALL Year Long▪ At your child’s reading level.▪ At least 300 pages per nine-week period.▪ Students MUST have a book with them in class every day.

MCC Language Arts Dept Guidelines• No extra credit. Ever.• No “second chances” on assignments.• If absent, student is responsible for makeup work (one day per day absent).• An assignment due on a day the student is absent must be turned in upon return.• Daily work is not accepted late.
