initial amendment text– Authorized amendment editor to create and issue an initial

amendment working document– Created a Drafting Group, chaired by Marc Cudak, to harmonize

and consolidate the contributions received at session #58 on UL & DL PHY structure and develop initial text to be provide to the SDD editor for incorporation into the initial amendment working document
