Septic: No residential soil tests have been completed at this time. However, in 2013 a soil study was conducted for the
prospects of a senior housing facility of 30+ units. Ultimately, it was determined that the capacity levels
desired would not be feasible for the project, however, substantial septic capacity does exist, just not enough to
