In lieu of testing and nt the request of the client, documentation hu~ been provided which rated as MARGINAL for the chemical content requirement of the client's specification with reference to the Chemicals of high concern to children (CHCC) content os contaminant-Washington revised code (RCW), Chapter 70.240 Children's Safe Product Act (CPSA).

Note: The sumple(s) was not evnluatcd to the Normal Usc testing requirements specified in ASTM F963- ll, Section 8.5. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer, vendor or distributor to conduct tests that will simulate normal use conditions. These tests shall ensure that hazards arc not generated through normal wear and deterioration of the samplc(s). These tests shall also simulate the normal play mode of the toy and to simulate the expected mode of use of the particular toy. The tests shall be conducted in an expected use environment. These normal use tests shall simulate the intended use of the toy based on its estimated lifetime.

Note: Based on visual evaluation and/or material breakdown received, there is no polyvinyl chloride (PVC) found in the samples submitted and thus the corresponding testing of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act with reference to the Hazardous Products Act, SOR/2010-298 regarding to the restriction of usc of certain phthalates content have not been conducted.
