Rescigno, principal. The main address was given by Dr. Robert D. Leeper, a member of the Board of Edu- ation. A brief address was also given by Dr. Terence C. Donahue, superintendent of Schools for District No. 1. Dr. Martin Sokoloff, a member of the Board of Education, pre- sented the diplomas. Princi- pal Rescigno extended the greet- ings of the faculty and students and presented the award win- ners. The valedictory was given by Haran S c h 1 a m m with Ann Throndsen as class Salutatorian. Constance Pellillo presented the class history. Diana Bagnall led in the salute to the flag. The band and orchestra^were under the direction of ^ John Pearson and the vocal selec- tions were supervised by Miss Joy Matthews, vocal instructor. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Joseph A. Kerwin, pas- tor of Immaculate Conception Church, presided at the cere- monies at which special awards for academic honors were pre- sented to 31 of the graduates. The recipient of the award for general excellence, donated by the Bonhag Family, in each of the three graduating classes were Peter Fenzel, ML; Susan McCarville, 8-2, and Kathleen Lupinski, 8-3. Awards donated by the Holy Name Society for the students attaining highest honors in the Superintendent's Tests were pre- sented to Thomas Bonhag, 8-1; Patricia O'Neil, 8-2, and Patri- cia Horn, 8-3. Nadeau has completed his in- ternship at Mary Hitchcock Me- morial Hospital and w i l l con- tinue his post-graduate medical training h e r e as a resident in medicine. Dr. Nadeau, son of Alfred F. Nadeau, 70 Round Hill Road, North Haven, Conn., is a 1960 graduate of Brown University and received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1964. He is married to the former Elizabeth Tillinghast of Bronx- ville, N.Y. The couple and their two children, Liza and Dana, re- side at 16 Rivercrest, Hanover. Mrs. Nadeau is a 1961 gradu- ate of Pembroke College. SUCCESSFUL PROJECT The Westchester Chapter of the Connecticut College Club sue cessfully raised $2,500 at it sec- ond annual Antiques Fair to en- able at least one Westchester girl to receive a scholarship for the College of New London. The Fair was held on the grounds of the Americn Legion Post 52 in Scarsdale on Sunday June 6th. Mrs. P. Boice Esser of Hartsdale, chapter president an- nounced that the efforts of the active Patrons Committee also contributed substantially to the Scholarship Fund program. Immaculate Conception School Graduates 104

One hundred and four mem­bers of the Class of 1965 of Im­maculate Conception School, Tuckahoe, received diplomas at graduation exercises held Sunday afternoon. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Joseph A. Kerwin, pas­tor of Immaculate Conception Church, presided at the cere­monies at which special awards for academic honors were pre­sented to 31 of the graduates.

The recipient of the award for general excellence, donated by the Bonhag Family, in each of the three graduating classes were Peter Fenzel, ML; Susan McCarville, 8-2, and Kathleen Lupinski, 8-3.

Awards donated by the Holy Name Society for the students attaining highest honors in the Superintendent's Tests were pre­sented to Thomas Bonhag, 8-1; Patricia O'Neil, 8-2, and Patri­cia Horn, 8-3.

Peter Fenzel and N o r e n e Schanning, 8-1; William Boyar and Pamela Bonci, 8-2, and Al­fred Murphy and Linda Biance, 8-3, received awards donated by Msgr. Kerwin and the Rosary Society for attaining the highest marks in the Cardinal's Dioce­san Religion examination.

Awards for excellence in Eng­lish, donated by the Catholic Women's Club of Eattchester, ware presented to Patricia Mal-loy, 81; Laureen Jakeway, 8-2, and Cecilia DeAgazio, 8-3

The Fred H. McGrath Memo­rial Award for History was pre­sented to Thomas Bonhag, 8-1; William Boyar, 8-2, and John DeBrunin, 8-3.

A w a r d s for excellence in mathematics, donated, by the Teen-Age Club, were presented to Paula Spatafore, 8-1; Alexan­der Smith, 8-2, and Vincent Co-letti, 8-3.

Certificates for excellence in art were awarded to Steven Gi-amundo and Kathleen Stravelli, 8-1; Richar Kubinec and Mi-chele Alfredo, 8-2, and Pascal Adiletta and Lorraino Savino, 8-3.

Special recognition for having been accepted for study at Ca­thedral College was given to Thomas Bonhag, Gabriel Bund-schuh, Michael Colligan, Chris­topher Dennison and Robert Ver-rigni.

Awards for perfect attendance were earned by Pamela Bonci, Paul Carapella, Patricia Horn, Ronald Lalli, Norean Lennon, Suzanne Love, James Meyer Alfred Murphy, Eugene Tozzi, Robert Verrigni and frank Zit-to.

The Altar Boys Awards, donat­ed by Mr. and Mrs. John B. Sullivan in memory of their son, Philip, went to Michael Colligan for faithfulness to assignments, and to Paul Carapella for gen­erosity in service.

The 45 graduates, 24 of whom attained an average of 90 per cent or better, were Michel D.

Dr. Nadeau Completes Internship

HANOVER^ N.H.—Dr. Robert E. Nadeau has completed his in­ternship at Mary Hitchcock Me­morial Hospital and w i l l con­tinue his post-graduate medical training h e r e as a resident in medicine.

Dr. Nadeau, son of Alfred F. Nadeau, 70 Round Hill Road, North Haven, Conn., is a 1960 graduate of Brown University and received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1964.

He is married to the former Elizabeth Tillinghast of Bronx­ville, N.Y. The couple and their two children, Liza and Dana, re­side at 16 Rivercrest, Hanover.

Mrs. Nadeau is a 1961 gradu­ate of Pembroke College.

SUCCESSFUL PROJECT The Westchester Chapter of

the Connecticut College Club sue cessfully raised $2,500 at it sec­ond annual Antiques Fair to en­able at least one Westchester girl to receive a scholarship for the College of New London. The Fair was held on the grounds of the Americn Legion Post 52 in Scarsdale on Sunday June 6th. Mrs. P. Boice Esser of Hartsdale, chapter president an­nounced that the efforts of the active Patrons Committee also contributed substantially to the Scholarship Fund program.
