V.T.C.A. Government Code,Chapter 505, Section 160 which states ”A
Type B corpora-tion may undertake a project under this chapter
unless, notlater than the 60th day after the date notice of the
specificproject or general type of project is first published, the
gov-erning body of the authorizing municipality receives a
peti-tion from more than 10 percent of the registered voters ofthe
municipality requesting that an election be held beforethe specific
project or general type of project isundertaken.” The project will
be undertaken 60 days afterpublication of this notice unless the
City receives a petitionfrom more than 10% of the registered voters
