How to use this formThis form uses a stoplight color-coded system to illustrate your comfort level with the following plot or story elements. GREEN: Enthusiastic consent; does not guarantee that these topics will be in the campaign. YELLOW: Ok if veiled or referenced to in backstory; It may be ok in a scene but would require discussion ahead of time; and/or I'm uncertain how I feel about it. RED: Hard Line, this should not be included or referenced at all. Use the NOTES part of each section to go into any details or add anything else that was missed.
