Constitutional Amendments (Proposed by N.S.W.M.A.)Resolution One and Two8.0.0 Capitation Fees8.1.1 Any increases to capitation fees will be approved by a majority of the membership voting at each GeneralMeeting of the College.8.2.1 Each Branch Treasurer is to be notified in sufficient time of the proposed alterations to capitation feesto allow for these fees to be collected from Branch Members.
Resolution Three12.0.0 General Meetings12.1.1 That the current 12.1.1 (line one) be amended to read eight (8) weeks rather than fourteen (14) days.
Resolution Four14.0.0 Voting14.1.1Where voting is to take place at Executive Meetings of the College regarding matters of finance affectingBranches, each branch shall be accorded a percentage of the total vote according to each Branch's proportionof the total college membership.
Resolution Five15.2.0 MinutesAcopy of minutes ofall Executive Meetings of the College shall be forwarded to the Executive ofeach Branch.
Resolution Six18.4.0 Financial YearThe annual report and audited balance sheet of the College shall be circulated to members each year in theCollege Quarterly Journal which next follows the Annual General Meeting.
Resolution Seven (Proposed by ACMI Vic. Branch)The Victorian Branch of ACMI wish to put the following proposal to the National Executive regarding thefrequency of the National Conference and Annual General Meeting.The proposal is:"that the ACMI give serious consideration to amending the By-laws to allow for a yearly National Conferenceand AGM and that annual conferences commence following the 1995 Biennial Conference."
