Career Prospects and Career Path Graduate of the programme will be competent supervisor with increasing responsibility to assistant manager who would be the agent of change in engineering business organisations. Regulation Of Assessment Assessment (18 Taught Courses): 40 % - 50% ( test, cases studies and in-class activities, ) and 50% - 60% Post Module Assignment (PMA) Assessment (Project): 100% ( Log book:20%, Project Implementation:30%, Project Proposal:50% / Project Report :50%). 1. University General Requirements

Passed in a single sitting Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with three (3) credits

OR

2. University General Requirements (Certificate Holders)

Obtained a certificate from a Polytechnic / equivalent in a field relevant to the course

applied with a minimum of CGPA 2.00, and Passed all subjects of

specialization OR

3. University General Requirements (Other qualifications)

Holds other qualifications deemed equivalent to SPM levels with three (3) credits and approved by the Government of Malaysia and by the Senate.

AND

4. Programme Specific Requirements

Candidates must provide evidences endorsed by the present employer that they have

had at least three (3) years working experience in a related field At least 21 years of age. Pass the interview / test to certify experience, if so required by UTM

Candidates are required to submit a detailed transcript of SPM/ Certificates results

(from the first semester to the final semester) / Course Attendance, endorsed by the employer.

Programme Structures and Features:

The program requires completion of 5 university courses, 8 programme core courses, 5

elective courses and a diploma project (proposal) and diploma project (report).

To graduate, students should:
