Day 3: Friday 29th September 2017 Port Macquarie – Sydney Depart the accommodation after breakfast and

travel to Bulahdelah for morning tea. Travel on

to Newcastle for lunch (own expense), then

experience a guided tour of the city of

Newcastle, with interesting commentary about

the city’s fascinating sights and stunning

coastline views. Continue along the coast to

Pyrmont in Sydney and check into the

accommodation. Meals: B, MT, D

Day 4: Saturday 30th September 2017 Sydney – Queanbeyan After breakfast at the accommodation, spend

the morning cruiseing Sydney Harbour. Enjoy a

sparking glass of wine and morning tea, marvel

at the magnificent sights and take in

commentary about Sydney’s most spectacular

attractions. Afterwards, travel to Nicholls and

explore the expansive and exceptional

Cockington Green Gardens, and enjoy a ride on

the miniature steam train. Depart for travel to

Queanbeyan and check into the

Day 5: Sunday 1st October 2017 Canberra After breakfast, enjoy a day of visiting Canberra’s cultural and historical sites. In the morning, choose between visiting the National Museum of Australia, National Gallery of Australia, Old Parliament House, New Parliament House, Royal Australian Mint or the Australian War Memorial. At midday, depart for the Canberra Centre for lunch (own expense). Spend the afternoon again choosing between options including the Canberra Centre, Australian War Memorial and Canberra Floriade or simply relax at the accommodation in Queanbeyan. Day 1: Wednesday 27th September 2017 Bundaberg – Ballina Depart our 20 Verdant Siding Rd Office and travel to Tiaro for morning tea before continuing on to Redcliffe for lunch (own expense) on the Esplanade. Continue on to Knockrow and visit the Macadamia Castle to check out the many goodies on offer. Travel to Ballina and check into the accommodation late-afternoon. Day 2: Thursday 28th September 2017 Ballina – Port Macquarie After breakfast at the acccommodation, stop in

Maclean for morning tea before continuing to

travel south to Coffs Harbour. Stop at the Forest

Sky Pier and take in the magnificent coastal

views over the city of Coffs Harbour and up and

down the coastline. After enjoying lunch (own

expense), visit the Coffs Harbour Butterfly

House. Enjoy a guided tour of the butterfly

house, an informative talk and a leisurely walk

through the maze. Travel to Port Macquarie and

Day 6: Monday 2nd October 2017 Canberra After breakfast, experience Australia’s largest

spring festival; the Canberra Floriade! Leisurely

explore the stunning floral displays,

entertainment, music, cultural celebrations,

artistic displays and recreational activities.

Depart Floriade to enjoy lunch (own expense)

and explore the sights in Manuka. Explore the

stunning Tuliptop Gardens, which features 10

acre gardens of magnificent tulips, spectacular

displays, hundreds of blossom trees creating

magical pathways through the gardens,

cascading waterfalls and rosemary fields. Travel

back to the accommodation in the late

Day 7: Tuesday 3rd October 2017 Queanbeyan – Forster After breakfast, travel to Harper’s Mansion in Berrima. Enjoy a guided tour of the remarkable Georgian style house, garden and maze, and enjoy morning tea in the beautiful settings. Travel to Gosford and enjoy lunch in the CBD (own expense). Travel to Forster via the beautiful Lakes Way and check into the accommodation for the night. Meals: B, MT, D

Day 8: Wednesday 4th October 2017 Forster – Yamba After breakfast at the accommodation, travel

north to Port Macquarie. Enjoy morning tea

before browsing the informative exhibits at the

brilliant Port Macquarie Museum. Stop in Coffs

Harbour for lunch (own expense). Travel on to

Yamba and check into the accommodation in

the late afternoon. Meals: B, MT, D

Day 9: Thursday 5th October 2017 Yamba – Bundaberg After enjoying breakfast, travel to Tweed Heads

for morning tea. Travel to Morayfield and stop

for lunch (own expense). Continue travelling

north with a comfort stop en route in

Maryborough before arriving in Bundaberg at

about 5.00pm. Meals: B, MT
