any project?ANSWER: It is Verily dependant upon many
common thoughts such as:1. A number of Scarce resources at stake2. Time, Cost, Quality 3. Satisfaction to all the participants
WHAT IS SUCCESS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1.Achievement of an action within
a specified period of time or within a specified parameter as defined by the project.
2.Success can also mean completing an objective or reaching a goal of the project.
3.A project is considered to be successful when stakeholders are satisfied with the completed deliverables /output by formal verification.
HOW IS SUCCESS MEASURED ON YOUR PROJECT?
4 levels of project success
Level 1: Project Management Success (cost, time and quality)Did our project produce the desired output?

and development of the project charter

The Planning Process
1) identifies the goals or objectives to be achieved
formulates strategies to achieve them arranges or creates the means required
The Control Process Management process in which the Actual performance is compared with planned
performance difference between the two is measured causes contributing to the difference are identified corrective action, Preventive action and defect
repair is taken to eliminate or minimize the difference.
