Check Clearing Act 21 of 2008.
• Allows post-dated checks to be converted to an ACH payment schedule.
• Mandates bank regulation requiring ACH payment priority vs. traditional checks.
• Mandates bank regulation allowing ACH NSF re-deposits three additional times vs. traditional checks one time only.

The Four Easy Steps
1. The customer signs the no credit check agreement for the requested products or services.
2. The customer presents the checks payable to the merchant for the products or services.
3. Merchant scans the checks and enters the customer’s payment schedule.
4. The checks will be debited from the customer’s account on the specified date.

Silver Plan: Online only (through EPS Online). Merchant gives 6 month
commitment. $199.90 for six month (acquisition
fee). Thereafter $49.90 per month
(subscription fee). Silver Plan: Buyout $1,000.00 No long term commitment or lease. No underwriting.
