911 REALITY PLUS - Created for training entry level 9-1-1 call taking and radio dispatch in a multi-tasking environment for multi line phone, text to 911 and radio dispatching for Emergency Communications police, fire and EMS agencies. Great for re-training and drills/

DESIGN INTENT - The stations were designed to be; portable, wireless, plug and play, pre-CAD generic learning environment with classroom training products and online certification loaded onto the stations for a full plug and train 911 Academy full course of study.

SETUP AND TRAINING - These stations do not require on site setup or training, however this is available through an optional additional cost Running Start site visit. Full video tutorial training is provided for every aspect of the simualtion and course and User Manuals.

Regarding setup, the stations were designed to be desktop, portable, plug and play. Regarding training, scheduled online Reality Conference Call Training is provided.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT - One year hardware and software with additional years available. Online, phone and email support is ongoing for the life of the product.

UPGRADES - At no cost when available or needed.

RETURN POLICY

In the event you wish to return 9-1-1 Reality, each station must be returned within five days of delivery in the original shipping boxes. You must contact 1.800.830.8228 to obtain a return authorization. All authorized returns will result in a 15% restock fee. Equipment must be in the same delivered condition unused or unmodified.

Reality Station software is licensed to one particular station and cannot be copied to another without a user code. All the training products loaded onto the system are given a site license which allows only that agency to use the products restricting the transfer, sale and sharing of those products with any other entity.
