Chemical DetectionChemical Detection

• Designed to make measurements of 120,000 volatile organic hazardous compounds (VOCs).

• Designed to operate in down range contaminated environments.

• Instrument uses both Gas Chromatograph and Mass Spectrometer technology for analysis.

• 95th (WMD) CST deploys 2 of these instruments to identify chemicals within the Exclusion Zone and in conjunction with the Dismounted Analytical Platform (DAP)

• Lightweight/portable and can be carried by one person.
