Developing customer-facing documentation for our website on an
as-needed basis.
Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and
engineering staff.
Research required information using available resources.
Follow standard processes and procedures.
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client
specifications.
Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where
necessary.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.

Our office is located at 3rd FLOOR EMPIRE MALL EDSA corner Pasay
City
DIRECTIONS: Take MRT or LRT1, get off at Taft Station. From
there walk towards EMPIRE
MALL (the yellow orange building that is almost beside
Metropoint Mall) using the footbridge.
When you are inside Empire Mall please go to the 3rd floor. The
recruitment office is beside
