Potala PalaceLocated on the Mabu Ri Mountain in the northwest of Lhasa, the capital of China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, it is a large-scale palace-style complex. The entire palace has a distinctive Tibetan style and is built on the mountain and is magnificent. In 1994, the Potala Palace was included in the World Cultural Heritage.

★巴松措（含环保车）巴松措又名措高湖，景区内集雪山、湖泊、森林、瀑布牧场、文物古迹、名胜古刹为一体，景色殊异，四时不同，名类野生珍稀植物汇集，实为人间天堂，有“小瑞士”美誉。 远眺雪山、湖尾和村寨 湖心岛 措宗寺

★布达拉宫世界文化遗产及世界上最高的宫殿，也是达赖喇嘛的冬宫，历代达赖喇嘛驻锡地。※布达拉宫预订参观券由布宫管委会限制人数，团体可能会被分批进入参观，具体参观时间和名单区由该管委会派发为准。

大昭寺 世界文化遗产是藏王松赞干布为尼泊尔王妃建的寺庙。

八角街围绕在大昭寺周围的一圈老城街道，藏族人活动的中心。

第6天 拉萨 西宁

★青藏铁路 - 软卧举世瞩目的青藏铁路一举打破了西藏一直以来不通火车的魔咒。它的建设历时之久、工程之浩大让人惊叹，铁道更创下多项世界级的记录，是全人类的骄傲！青藏铁路西宁至拉萨部分全长1956公里，格尔木至拉萨段全长也达1142公里。其中，穿越海拔4000公尺以上的路段为960公里。※火车上安排软卧4人/间, 铺位分别上/下铺, 当地地接不能特意安排床位, 顾客将可能被安排在上/下铺或与外人共用1房※青藏铁路乘车时间乃根据铁路票务实际时间操作为准，所以旅行社无法人为控制并担保乘坐某指定车次。行程会以出发时获取的乘车时间为准，届时会给予客人最新通知，敬请留意。

第7天 西宁

★贵德国家地质公园 (含电瓶车)园区面积大554平方公里，主要地质遗迹面积113.6平方公里。公园内阿什贡七彩峰丛地貌多姿多彩，秀丽壮美；麻吾峡风蚀地貌鬼斧神工，变幻无穷；黄河景观美轮美奂，如花似锦；龙羊峡谷陡峭险峻，气势磅礴。多种多样的地质遗迹反映了地质历史时期青藏高原的演化过程，也记录了黄河的发育史和贵德自然环境的变迁。是观光旅游、休闲度假、科普教育和科学研究的极好场所，被誉为“高原小江南”。

★塔尔寺（含讲解+电瓶车）塔尔寺位于中国青海省西宁市西南25公里的湟中县鲁沙尔镇。始建于明代嘉靖三十九年（1560年），是藏传佛教格鲁派六大寺院之一，是格鲁派创始人宗喀巴的诞生地。

XiningDAY 7★GuiDe National Geological Park (Include Electrical Car)Gui’de National Geopark is one comprehensive national geopark that is mainly characterized by natural morphologic landscape and geological traces, supplemented by diverse ecological landscape and abundant human landscape. The main geological traces itself has dimensions of roughly 113.6 square kilometers. Ashigong Qicai peak inside the park had the colorful landforms, magnificent and beautiful. The wind-erosion landform in Mawuxia area is the extraordinary workmanship of nature with the ever-changing scenery of rare beauty. The Huanghe River landscape is beautiful and fascinating.
