watching a movie. Bring your chairs,

KOMBUCHA HOMEBREW WORKSHOPHosted by the Amanda Kaleta-Kott and Ashley Johnson
Learn to brew your own refreshing and delicious kombucha
at home. We’ll go over the basics of making kombucha how
to add flavors, storing your finished product and maintaining
a healthy SCOBY. Each workshop participant will receive a
Kombucha Starter Kit consisting of:
• Ingredients to brew 1 batch: tea or tisane, organic cane
sugar, spring water
• Your Own piece of Mother (SCOBY) and starter tea to
take home
• Cotton cloth and rubber band to top a 1 gallon glass
vessel
• Instructions, guidance, and tasting of Kombucha to enjoy
during class
Ashley Johnson is a trained chef, fermentation specialist, and
avid brewer of kombucha for a bazillion years. Amanda
Kaleta-Kott is happy to help host and learn how to not spend a
bazillion dollars on kombucha at the store.
Who: 6 participants
