1- Download the iBC Cersaie App The link will be available from September 1st at www.cersaie.it iBusiness Card page (Exhibitors restricted area)

The App will be available for Android and Apple devices

2- Match your device to the Exhibitor’s one

a- Enter the Username b- Scan the QR Code

or

c- Enter the Operative Alphanumeric Code

From this moment each iBusiness Card QR Code, transcribed from the Cersaie entrance tickets, will be memorized into a database restricted to your Company

3- Register the visitors data d- Scan the visitor QR Code with your camera

or e- Enter the visitor Operative Alphanumeric Code Note: pay attention while entering the visitor code; in case of mistakes the data will not be retrieved The visitor data will be saved and available for consultation by your company in the Exhibitors restricted area as soon as the device will connect to the Internet (synchronization)f- The number of the acquired contacts will be indicated on the “visitors list”

g- In order to add or modify a note which is matched with the new contact, click

? shows that the contact has yet to be synchronized with the database of the Exhibitor

3 shows that the contact has been synchronized with the database of the Exhibitor; instead of the code of the visitor, it will be showed the name and a check sign

! shows that the code is not recognized by the system; it can happen only if the entered code is not correct. Note: the mistake will show up only after the synchronization, not during the QR Code scanning process

4- Add notes

It is possible for your Company to add a brief note to the new contact right after the scan of the Code.

For the last 15 acquired contacts it will be possible to add or modify the note in a later time by selecting the “Add Note” option in the “visitor list”

The note will be added to the visitor data, which will be saved and available for consultation by your company in the Exhibitors restricted area

1- Download a QR code reader on your device (available free of charge from the Internet)

2- Scan the Operative Code QR Code (available in the Exhibitor Area) through your device or from the page www.cersaie.it/ibusiness by entering the Operative Alphanumeric Code (available in the Exhibitor restricted Area)

From this moment each iBusiness Card QRcode that you will acquire from the Cersaie entrance tickets, will be memorized into a database restricted to your Company
