INTRODUCTION

Liketheconstructionofahouseorthelaunchofanewcampaign,everyprogramorlargetaskbeginswithaplan.Ifyou’reconsideringstartingaprobonoprogram,you’reprobablywondering,wheredoIevenbegin?ManycompaniescometotheTaprootFoundationseekingadditionalknowledgeofprobonoprogramdesign,andasmallinvestmentoftimeandeducationupfrontcanhavebigpayoffswhenitcomestoprogramresults.
