ADMONTER NATURAL WOOD PANELS
Design your own classics. From classic hardwood and softwood species and exclusive rarities such as stone pine or cherry to trendy and naturally
dark wood species - the assortment of the Admonter Natural Wood Panel already includes nearly all the wood species
from which Admonter Wide Planks are produced (5 times quality checked). This unique variety of graining and colour
tones significantly increases the creative scope of architects, designers, carpenters and other wood-processing compa-
nies and makes their work more interesting. Depending on the taste or intended ambience the choice of the natural wood
panel determines whether a harmonic balance is created between the floor and its environment or whether the room is
ruled by attractive contrasts.
General information:Only one width of top layers in a panel possible (according to availability)!
Exceptions: Mountain Larch knotless, Stone-Pine and Reclaimed Wood Spruce. On untreated panels the colour of the fi ller
is grey. Wood is an entirely natural product and as a consequence after a certain time natural colour changes may occur.
Depending on the intensity in which the panels are exposed to the sun lighter timber turns darker while darker timber, such
as the Mocca panels, becomes lighter. Admonter recommends using UV-protection in order to reduce colour changes.
Mocca colour can be achived with special stain (available at Admonter on request). Admonter recommends using PU
glues in combination with Mocca panels as ordinary PVA glues cannot completely harden because of the lower moisture
content of these panels. The European standards EN13353 are minimum quality requirements for Admonter natural
wood panels. CE-certifi cation in accordance with European standard EN13986. You will fi nd more at www.admonter.at.
Admonter Natural Wood panels are in accordance with the following standards:Technical class according to the bonding quality:
SWP/1 non structural (NS): Solid wood panels for non-structural use in dry conditions = IW67
SWP/3 non structural (NS): Solid wood panels for non-structural use in external conditions = AW100
You will fi nd the technical class of each panel in the price list. With the exception of Reclaimed Wood Spruce,
Mountain Larch knotless and Stone-pine all Admonter natural wood panels have a jointless gluing.
Formaldehyde classifi cation: Admonter natural wood panels are in accordance with Formaldehydklasse E1.
Harmlessness in terms of health and ecology: Admonter natural wood panels carry the IBR-quality certifi cate, issued
by Germany´s independent Institute for Construction Biology in Rosenheim, which assesses a product´s harmlessness in
terms of health and ecology.
Sustainable forest cultivation: The entire Admonter panel portfolio carries the PEFC certifi cate using wood from susta-
inable forest cultivation.
Surface quality: Admonter natural wood panels are sanded with grit K80.
Legend:SML = strip core BML = board middle layer. Grey shaded areas are stock items. Lead time for these products is
two weeks. You can get a price list of this product catalogue at [email protected].
Errors and changes possible. Product-catalogue valid from May 2010 until further notice.

TERMS AND TRADESPROMOTION MATERIAL
1. Offer and confi rmation of order
Our offers are subject to confi rmation. All agreements, including those of our commercial representatives, are only bin-
ding on us when confi rmed in writing. The order is binding on the purchaser.
2. Prices
Our prices are based on the latest price lists and your corresponding credit terms. Special agreements apply only to the
respective order.
3. Delivery
The delivery times are not guaranteed. Part deliveries are permissible. In cases of force majeure or if substantial changes
to important components of the contract occur which lie outside our infl uence or if circumstances arise which make
the delivery diffi cult, or partly or completely impossible, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. As a result,
the purchaser is not entitled to claim for subsequent deliveries, replacement deliveries or other types of replacement
claims.
4. Dispatch, acceptance and transfer of risk
The goods are dispatched in accordance with the agreed type of delivery. With the loading of the goods or the transfer
to the fi rst carrier at our premises, risk is transferred to the purchaser regardless of the transfer of ownership. The person
accepting the goods is responsible for checking the goods on acceptance and for checking for any damage caused duri-
ng transport. Acceptances with reservations are not accepted. For deliveries abroad, unless agreed otherwise, the latest
valid version of the INCOTERMS is taken as the basis.
5. Insurance
Transport insurance is only taken out at the express wish of the customer.
6. Payment
Payment must be made net in cash unless other terms of payment have been agreed. For special productions we reserve
the right to a suitable deposit. If the purchaser withdraws from the order, we reserve the right to demand suitable com-
pensation. In the event of delays in payment, the seller is entitled to make use of his proprietary rights (see point 7) and
remove the goods at the expense of the defaulting purchaser.
7. Proprietary rights
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchaser has paid all demands arising from the business agreement.
The remaining goods are to be stored separately and adequately insured at the expense of the purchaser against fi re,
theft, breakage and weather damage (water). Pawning or transfer by way of security to third parties is not permitted. The
purchaser must inform us immediately in writing of any pawning or access of third parties to goods delivered under our
proprietary rights, in urgent cases via e-mail. If the goods are machined or processed on the part of the purchaser, our
proprietary rights also extend to the new article.
8. Complaints from deliveries
In the event of defects being notifi ed, the purchaser is obliged to accept the goods in any case and handle them with the
usual care. The notifi cation of defects must be made in writing at the latest within fi ve days of the goods arriving at their
place of destination and before their processing, giving precise details of the individual defects. Later notifi cations will
only be considered if the defects were hidden. They also have no infl uence on the fulfi lment of the agreed terms of pay-
ment. As selected by the seller, the defective items can either be exchanged free of charge for non-defective ones after
returning free of charge to the place of fulfi lment or a reduction in price corresponding to the reduced value will be allo-
wed. Further claims such as replacement of work, material, loss of profi ts, especially the right to cancellation, mitigation
or replacement of the damage because of non fulfi lment etc. are excluded. Nonfulfi lment of the payment terms absolves
us from any obligation for guarantee.
9. Place of fulfi lment and court of jurisdiction
The place of fulfi lment is A-8911 Admont, the court of jurisdiction is A-8940 Liezen. This contract is subject to Austrian Law.
10. Assignment
The seller can assign all his rights from the purchase contract as a whole or in detail to third parties or allow his obligations
likewise to be fulfi lled by third parties.
11. Obligations of our sale and delivery conditions
Deviations from the present sale and delivery conditions are only binding in so far as they are expressly recognized and
confi rmed in writing by both contracting parties. Should one condition be inoperative, this does not affect the validity of
the other conditions.
