Roy is a mid-level Geographic Information Systems Specialist with over 8 years of experience working in consulting and spatial data development jobs for various companies, county, state and federal government agencies including the Indiana National Guard / Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau (ICE), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
