BackgroundBackground• IUM was established in December 2001, and is
one of 8 research institutes under CMA, within the Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) of the People’s Republic of China, each of them specialize in one specific field 。
• IUM is the only research institution in China dedicated to Urban meteorology.
