WITHOUT OBTAINING PROJECT ARCHITECT.PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT, THE CLIENT SHALL ASSUME FULLRESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RESULTS OF SUCH CHANGES.THEREFORE THE CLIENT AGREES TO WAIVE ANY CLAIMAGAINST PROJECT ARCHITECT. AND TO RELEASE PROJECTARCHITECT. FROM ANY LIABILITY ARISING DIRECTLY ORINDIRECTLY FROM SUCH CHANGES.
