Each year, the Canadian Mental Health Association, in partnership with the Mental Health Department of Interior Health Kelowna, hosts a Christmas Celebration for our program participants. On December 2nd, we will be providing a nutritious meal and a gift to over 150 youth, adults, and older adults on the path to recovery from mental health issues. For many, this is the only celebration they will experience during the holiday season.
