‘Whydidyourunaway?’Geppettocried.Atthatmomentapolicemancamealongtheroad.

HesawGeppettoshoutingatthepuppet.‘Stopshoutingatthatpoorpuppet!’thepolicemansaid.AndthepolicemantookGeppettotothepolicestation.
