A strong and stable core is the basis of good posture. In addition, a strong core benefits all your daily physical ac-tivities, particularly sports. This Rumpfzirkel Workout (our Swiss version of a core circuit training program) consists of a series of exercises to build core strength, aid core sta-bilization and to regulate muscle tension. A Rumpfzirkel lap will work around your body axis once. You may adjust the level of difficulty at any time, according to your per-sonal goals or your stage of rehabilitation. All that’s nee-ded is a smart phone and an exercise mat.
How To Use The App1. Select the exercise programs appropriate to your level of fitness.2. Select the run time of your exercises as well as the number of Rumpf- zirkel circuits (laps).
3. Start your workout.4. Optional: Add music from your music library while working out.
