Open to anyone in the U.S.A. with a current NPC card. 2015 NPC membership cards are $120 and can be obtained by calling the NPC office at 1-412-276-5027. NPC membership cards will be available at check-ins on Friday.PLEASE NOTE -Previous Overall winners of the NPC Natural Northern USA are not eligible to compete. Previous winners of the Men’s Physique, Jr Men, Overall Master’s Men, Overall Master’s Figure and Master’s Bikini of the NPC Natural Ohio are not eligible to compete in those divisions, however they ARE eligible to compete in other divisions they have not won previously. Contestants must NOT have used illegal performance enhancing drugs, including anabolic steroids, diuretics and clenbuterol for at least one year.Contestants must NOT have previously competed as a professional in any bodybuilding or figure organization.

Prejudging - Bodybuilding competitors will NOT be performing their 60 seconds free-posing routine. All judging will be based on mandatory poses.OPTIONAL - A Presentation & Posing Clinic will be hosted by professional & national HEAD JUDGE, GARY UDIT on SATURDAY, AUG. 15th at TITANS GYM in MENTOR, OHIO. All music for the Finals routines for Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique will start when the competitor’s name is announced. FINALS-ALL bodybuilding & women’s physique will perform their 60 second posing routine to their music. Music must be the only recording on a new CD. Verify that your disk works in another player other than your computer (example - car radio cd player). Your music cannot contain any obscene or vulgar words. We reserve the right to reject any music. BODYBUILDING & WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE MUST BRING THEIR MUSIC AT CHECK-INS ON FRIDAY, OCT. 9TH. Music will be provided by promoter for Figure, Bikini and Men’s Physique.
Contestants will be asked to walk in board shorts (shorts must be just above the knee in length and can be one inch below the belly button). No spandex and no logos are permitted on the board shorts, however, a manufacturer’s logo such as a Nike symbol or Billabong are acceptable.COMPETITION JUDGING - Presentation: Competitors will walk to the center of the stage alone and perform front and back pose with optional pose of hand on hip or hand in pocket, face the judges as directed, then proceed to the side of the stage.QUALIFYING FOR NATIONAL LEVEL EVENTS - For 2015, placing in the top five (5) of all Open Men’s Physique classes will qualify for national level contests.
Judging criteria will be based on symmetry, shape, proportion, muscle tone, poise, and beauty flow. All types of physiques will be considered when it comes to height, weight, structure,...etc. Excessive muscularity will be marked down. MANDATORY POSES - Posing in bare feet only (no heels). • FRONT DOUBLE BICEPS - Open hands, (no flat footed full front pose - some sort of front twisting pose) • BACK DOUBLE BICEPS - Open hands • SIDE TRICEPS - Leg extended • SIDE CHEST - Arms extended • FRONT AB/THIGH • PREJUDGING- Quarter Turns • POSING SUITS - Must be two-piece suit. Suits do not have to be solid color. Bottom of suit must be V-shaped. - No thongs or T-backs. QUALIFYING FOR NATIONAL LEVEL EVENTS - For 2015 a place in the top five (5) of any Women’s Physique contest will qualify for national level contests. Two height classes which will be determined the day of the contest.
TWO-PIECE SWIMSUIT - The contestants will be brought out in one or two lines for the quarter turns. The judges will be assessing the degree of firmness, symmetry, proportion, and the overall physical appearance including complexion, poise and overall presentation. • Contestants must wear high heels in the swimwear round.• Jewelry may be worn in the figure, women’s physique, and bikini competitions. • Thong or T-back swimsuits will NOT be allowed. *THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!*• Because of the danger of slipping on stage, NO body oil is allowed. • No assistant will be permitted backstage. There will be contestant personnel available for assistance.Figure athletes must bring their two-piece suits for inspection when checking in. Bikini competitors must WEAR their suits at mandatory check-ins on Friday, October 9th.• BIKINI COMPETITORS - FOLLOW SAME SUIT AND SHOE REQUIREMENTS AS FIGURE COMPETITORS. “OFF THE RACK” BIKINIS ARE PERMITTED IN ACCORDANCE TO NPC RULES. (NO THONGS OR T-BACKS)• Competitors in the Bikini Division should be softer than the Figure Division.• The competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to do a Front Stance and then a Back Stance.

To look your best on stage, and have the color depth necessary, it is recommended that you have a professionally applied spray on tan, with a competition tanning product. Our staff are all certified competition tanning specialists. Liquid Sun Rayz competition color is extremely dark, dries quickly, requiring no more than 3 coats, however 2 coats hold up well on stage and are applied quickly. Two coats will be applied in one session. Average sessions are 20-30 min max. We provide separate drying areas for men and women. All touch ups, for Pre-Judging and Finals included with all packages. Complimentary glazing and bikini bite provided back stage for all competitors. Services will be available at the Courtyard Marriott, Friday starting at 1:00pm and starting at 7:30am backstage Saturday. DRUG TESTING: Contestants will be subject to urinalysis testing for illegal and/or medically prescribed performance enhancing drugs including anabolic steroids, diuretics and clenbuterol. ALL DRUG TEST RESULTS ARE FINAL. Even if you feel the test is incorrect, by signing this form you agree to let the drug test company results stand. If you test positive for diuretics, steroids or clenbuterol, you are disqualified and must repay your drug test fee and ship your award to whomever we designate and pay all fees. The top three competitors, as well as two random competitors, in each class will be tested. It is the athlete’s responsibility to notify the promoters if they placed in the top 3 and were not drug tested. If any athlete places in the Top 3 of any class and leaves the auditorium without being drug tested, they will be disqualified. If drug tested, you must wear only your posing suit. No shoes, jackets, sweatsuits or hats will be allowed in the testing area. You must list exactly which LEGAL supplements you used in preparation for this competi-tion.
