A Graphite Pencil Portrait of Dr. Billy Graham,
drawn in 1981 by artist Albert Mukasa Wilson was being presented to the evangelist on a Billy Graham Crusade Rally in North Carolina in 1982, by the artist's late uncle and former Bishop of Kigezi, Uganda, Dr. Festo Kivengere.
