Resolving your dispute

About us

We understand that disputes are stressful. No-one wants to find themselves embroiled in litigation, which is expensive, risky and diverts attention away from running a successful business.

If you find yourself in the position of having to pursue or defend a claim, you will need lawyers to act in your best interests to resolve that dispute on the most favourable possible terms.

In order to do that, your lawyer will of course need to have a good understanding of the law and be familiar with court procedures. That goes without saying. However, they also need to understand the commercial implications of the dispute and what it means to your business. Do they understand what your aims are? Have they assessed your likelihood of success at court and told you how much it will cost to get there?

This is what you can expect as standard from the Dispute Resolution Team at Steeles Law, as is the fact that all of our lawyers are approachable people who will discuss your case with you in clear and commercial terms, without hiding behind legal jargon.

“Thank you so much for all your work on my claim and the resulting beset possible outcome

for both sides” - Client Comment
