The Hamilton family has been in the insurance industry for decades. Mickey
and Sue Hamilton started in the insurance industry as claims adjusters in 1983.
After spending many years working as independent adjusters, they founded
U.S. Adjusting Services in 1993 with a focus on treating others with respect
and honesty – a focus that continues to resonate within the organization
today as a guiding mission.

Training Institute (CATI). U.S. Adjusting
Services continues to succeed in the
industry based on three factors: Customer
Service, Quality of Claims, and Cycle Time.
U.S. Adjusting Services has grown considerably since those early days – handling
thousands of claims daily as well as several catastrophes annually. As we forge
ahead, we still maintain the core values upon which the company was originally
founded and endeavor to be a firm that carriers can partner with knowing that
they have made the right choice in their claims partner, and a training institute
that produces knowledgeable adjusters with integrity.

The Catastrophe Adjuster Training Institute founders believe that a person never
stops learning, and we need to continue to learn to be the best at what we do.
When it comes to carrier and client relationships, we understand that you face
unique training challenges that typically result in a need for custom curriculums.
While every company has its own processes, training issues, and skill areas that
might need more focused attention, Catastrophe Adjuster Training Institute can

Our Operations Team is available 24 hours a day,

Daily Claims. U.S. Adjusting Services is more than a CAT Company. Our daily
claims handling division provides full-service adjusting for residential and
commercial property losses. We maintain a dedicated daily claims team
comprised of experienced “true” multiline field and inside adjusters. Our
extensive experience in creating effective and efficient daily claims handling
procedures and processes enables us to assist our client carriers in the most
demanding and service-oriented circumstances.
We offer daily claims services nationwide.
Catastrophe Claims. Having worked every major catastrophe since 1993, U.S.
Adjusting Services is a trusted partner to turn to in times of crisis. We work with
our clients to provide them with catastrophe response strategies throughout the
year, which allows our teams to be truly prepared for the next catastrophic event.
Branch Assist. U.S. Adjusting Services has the ability to provide our client carriers
with claim examiners and desk adjusters during times of heavy workload. These
situations could occur during large claim events and daily overflow claims, as well
as employee staffing shortages, employee vacations, and maternity leave.

Third Party Administration. As Third Party Administrators, U.S. Adjusting
Services serves as our clients’ claims department. We aggressively manage each
claim from first notice of loss to conclusion. We staff our teams with top-notch
professionals whose job it is to deliver fair and effective claims solutions. Our
hands-on approach results in lower costs and ultimately produced as high level
of client retention.
Our Third-Party Administration division administers on claims such as
commercial, personal property losses, and auto management. We staff our
inside examiners and field adjusters based on the client’s needs. We utilize only
tenured, experienced multiline adjusters for inside and field work.
U.S. Adjusting Cares
We see the aftermath of hard-hit disaster
areas and witness the struggles that the
affected families face. We care, which is why
we took our services one step further and
founded U.S. Adjusting Cares, a 501c3 non-
profit organization to lend a hand to those
devastated by tragedy.
U.S. Adjusting Cares helps to clothe and
feed the unhoused, distribute products
to help families get back on their feet,
and offers hope for those in the midst of
catastrophe. After Hurricane Harvey, U.S.
Adjusting Cares fed over 6,000 people.
Before Christmas, we distributed hundreds
of toys for underprivileged children as well
as over a thousand Blessing Bags.

make the claims adjuster education process crystal clear by hiring only the best
specialists in their field to teach our classes. Combined, our instructing staff at the
institute has over 80 years of experience in the insurance claims industry. They are
constantly reviewing, updating and expanding their knowledge base in an effort to
provide top quality training and advice. Each and every one of our staff members
is put through rigorous institute certifications to ensure that our promise of being

experience live claims. Trainees are immersed in hands-on training in our
14,000-square foot facility. While learning at the Catastrophe Adjuster Training
