Light, BrightModernism byMaster Architect Isay Weinfeld
Award-winning architect Isay Weinfeld’s informed perspective unites modern minimalism and
strategic element s of contemporar y design. His previous work with Fasano Group has been global ly
recognized by The International Architectural Awards, World Architecture Festival and the Interior
Awards, among others.
Fasano Shore Club is Weinfeld’s most anticipated project out side Brazi l . At the hotel and residences,
Weinfeld establ ishes a new standard for sophisticated beach l iv ing, one in which streamlined
structures are complemented by a tasteful décor, evoking the proper ty’s pristine landscape.
The colors are deceptively simple: shades of white and ivor y, accented by r ich natural tones. A work
of ar t to inhabit: with shir t s unbuttoned and wind-swept hair. Weinfeld’s vision is an elevated take on
beach chic that speaks to the modern connoisseur.

Fasano Shore Club ’s advanced yet understated aesthetic forges a del icate balance between nature
and design: wi ld and contained. Led by Enzo Enea, Swiss f irm Enea reimagined the landscape of
Fasano Shore Club, creating a refreshing environment al ive with lush vegetation and fol iage.
Designed to interact with Isay Weinfeld’s structural model, Enzo Enea, who has received praise
from London’s prestigious Chelsea Flower Show, the American Society of Landscape Architect s
and Giardina Zurich Awards among others, has spearheaded a phi losophy that inter twines bui lding

Open-air terraces transit ion uninterrupted into adjoining interior spaces, blurring the l ines

grape and f icus trees enclose the pool, complementing the contemporar y forms and muted tones
of Isay Weinfeld’s palette. The oceanfront complex represent s a new kind of hospital ity, one that

Bathing beauties. Swaying palms. Gleaming motorcars, and grand entrances. Modern architecture
brought to l ife in clean l ines and cool facades, basking in the late af ternoon sun. Miami’s golden era
ushered in a t ime of unprecedented glamour, driving visitors to the coast. Establ ishing it s home
along the desirable Coll ins Avenue, the Shore Club was born. A study in Ar t Deco design, the hotel
retains it s prime address to this day.
Times change. Fasano Shore Club is revived as a buzzing hub of Miami social l i fe. Two decades
later, in the hands of a world-class Brazi l ian architect, the hotel wi l l be transformed again into a new
model of luxurious beach l iv ing.
A thriving community for design, South Beach is now a nexus of contemporar y ar t, playing host
to the prestigious Ar t Basel Miami Beach, as wel l as an incubator for for ward-thinking, conceptual
architecture. A driving force in fashion, dining, and nightl ife, Miami has emerged as never before.
Located at 19th Street and Coll ins Avenue, Fasano Shore Club is steps away from South Beach’s
vibrant pulse and the burgeoning, hotel-driven Mid-Beach, with it s must-see nightl ife scene.
Two blocks away sit s the Bass Museum of Ar t and the green oasis of Coll ins Park . With the beach
in view, resident s are walking distance from the sand.
The Shore Club legacy l ives on as the proper ty enters it s most excit ing chapter yet.
