Nessie PovI looked up at the love of my life and smiled widely; he

brought our entwined hands to his lips and kissed all of my

fingers. The small amount of blood that did pump around my

body, rushed to my cheeks. Jake chuckled wholeheartedly,

making me look at my Prada shoes; forced onto me by Auntie

Alice, his gentle hand turned my chin up to look at him.

You dont have to hide from me, Ness. I giggled lightly,

pecked his cheek and carried on walking. We walked in to

the woods, where Jake had first told me he loved me. An

image of Edward and Jake side-by-side flickered through

my mind.

Thatll never happen Ness. He said and a growl racked

through his chest.

It might! If you just try, I pleaded sadly.

Ill try when he does! he spat at me.

It was just a thought! I whispered.

Then wipe those stupid thoughts from your mind!

So now Im stupid? I snapped angrily.

No...I just...well... I didnt... I didnt mean it like that Ness,

and you know it.

Why did you say it then?

Well because you were being stupid! He bellowed his arms

began to very slightly vibrate.

I was being STUPID?! Why am I stupid?! His arms shaking

more.

Because you think we can all live in harmony!We can! I roared.

Ness... run! He roared his voice breaking.

Im not going to leave the love of my life! For fucks sake! I

FUCKING RUN THEN! He shouted before he shifted, and

pushed me into darkness.

JPOV

I just killed the love of my life, her beautiful bloody body

lying on the forest floor; her beautiful face buried in the

dirt and leaves thatd dropped onto the forest floor, in

shreds no one would be able to recognise her. My heartbroke at the thought of what Id just done.

Im so sorry, Edward! Im sorry! Tell Bella Im sorry and that

I love her. Im near yourmeadow! Just come quickly, please.

As soon as I finished the thought, I did the worst thing

possible; I bolted leaving the only girl Id ever love in a pool

of her own blood. My four legs ran through the dark forest,

I ran further and further away, but I knew no matter how

far Id run Id never be able to forget the roar of anger,

and heartbroken sob that I heard; from the mouths of the

two most loving parents.

EPOV

My world, my heart, my beautiful wife was broken. She was

currently sat on my lap and sobbing tearlessly into my chest.

I rocked her back and forth trying to stay strong for her,when I felt like breaking down to. Carlisle walked in his face

solemn after burying our dead, mangled daughter.

Im so sorry Bella. He said as he rubbed her back gently;

she nodded against my chest, and sucked in an unnecessary

breath; she rose from my lap and walked silently up the

stairs. We all watched her go but her face, her empty eyes,

stayed the same. I rose to follow her but I hear a soft

voice from behind me.

Let me Edward, I know what shes going through. Esme

patted my hand before following Bella upstairs.

BPOV

Im going to kill him for what he did to her! To both of

them! Rosalie hissed venomously.

I second that! He cant get away with what he did to my

little sister and niece! Emmett joined in.

Well leave now then! Go pack Em,I tuned out; I didnt

want to hear how they were planning on killing my ex-best

friend. A soft knock on the door alerted me to Esmes

arrival.

Its open. I whispered sadly.

Oh Bella, she cooed as she pulled me into a tight, loving

embrace.

It hurts so much Esme,

I know sweetie but with time it gets better; I promise. I

nodded against her shoulder.How long before it does get better? I whispered.

A long time, but youve got forever.

Ive got all that time to remember her. I sobbed into her

chest.

Why dont you go and have a nice hot bath? And by the

time youre out Edward and Alice will have brought someblood back for you. She smiled, and stroked my hair away

from my face.

We all love you, dont forget that. She stepped out of my

room and closed the door with a gentle click. I walked into

our en-suite bathroom and started to run a big bubble bath.

I then walked out locked the bedroom door, stripped slowlyand then locked the bathroom door, and started lighting

some scented candles. I climbed into the big Victorian tub

and tried to relax, to forget everything; but I was angry at

everything and everyone. I stormed out of the bath and

smashed the big mirror.

Bella! Open the door! I heard Carlisle shout as I picked up

a shard of glass and ran it fiercely over my wrist.

Ah, I gasped as animal blood poured from the cut. I then

heard a massive crash and I knew that someone had barged

the door down.

Bella! Babe, open the door! Please for me! I heard Edward

shout from outside the bathroom door. At no reply I heard

him take a step back and the next thing I know the door

was in pieces around me.

Oh my God, was his broken whisper. Shes naked andbleeding. I heard him whisper again, if I was human I

wouldnt have heard him at all. He wrapped a large black

towel around my naked body and motioned for Carlisle to

come in.

Bella, how long have you been bleeding? He asked, no

longer my father in law but as a doctor. I shrugged.A couple of minutes, I whimpered as the blood continued

to pour out. He disappeared and a second later reappeared

with a first aid kit. He opened the kit and pulled out a pair

of scissors, a bandage and some antiseptic wipes. He

cleaned the cut and then wrapped the bandage before the

cut could start bleeding heavily again.Why?! Why would you do that?! Edward fumed.

Im sorry Edward, I mumbled pathetically.

Ive lost you once, Bella. You think I want to lose you

twice?

Im sorry. I just miss her so much, I wailed tears forming

in my eyes.

You think I dont? I stiffened in his arms, only just

properly realizing hed lost his daughter and had thought

hed almost lost his wife.

Oh Edward, Im so sorry. I said as I wrapped my arms

around his neck and forced a kiss onto his soft lips. He

rubbed my back as he started to kiss me back. He gently

lifted me from the cold bathroom floor, trying to keep the

towel in place as he rose, our family dispersed out of the

room as he placed me on the bed.Try and rest; Ill go and get the blood I got for you but

then Ill be right back. Ok? I nodded and smiled as he

looked at me before he left. I steadily walked to our

wardrobe and pulled on some grey sweats and a baggy

London sweatshirt. I sat back on the bed, and pulled out my

sleek phone; bought by Edward as he hated my old one asmuch as hed hated my truck.

Hey Bells, how are you sweetie?

Oh, daddy! I cried sadly.

Bella whatswrong?Charlie asked alarmed. Has he hurt

you? He asked, outraged.

Shes gone! I sobbed tearlessly again.Who has Bells?

Daddy can I come round?

Of course Bells, Ill see you in a couple of minutes. I hung

up the phone and slid it into my bedside table drawer. I

heard Edward slowly making his way up the stairs, alerting

me to his presence; I hurried to the window climbed onto

the closest tree, and threw up my shield so he wouldnt be

able to track me.

Charlie POV

Of course Bells, Ill see you in a couple of minutes. I put

the phone back on the hook, and ran back into the living

room. I threw a blanket over the couch, picked up the pizza

boxes and chucked them into the bin. I opened the curtains

slightly and saw Bella walking up the drive. I threw open thefront door and opened my arms ready for a hug. She ran up

the porch steps and straight into my arms.

Whats wrong, sweetie? I asked as I stroked her hair

away from her face that was buried into by shoulder.

Shes gone! She sobbed as I gently pulled her into the

lounge.Who has Bells? I asked pulling her from my arms to try

and get her attention.

Nessie! She wailed as I stiffened.

Well we can send out a search party for her. I smiled

when I was panicking inside.

No shes properly gone! My beautiful daughter sobbed as Ipaced in front of her.

Well we could still find her! I said determined.

DAD! My daughter is dead! She shouted and then began

crying again. I stilled and looked at my daughter, sat down

next to her and cried silently.

How? I asked, my voice croaked.

A wolf. Last night. My Bella had changed, so much so that

I didnt know when she was lying anymore.

Right, I said as I rose to go and get my gun. Bell, who

obviously knew what I was doing, interrupted me.

He... its already dead. Emmett shot it. She stated flatly.

Right, I sighed as I sat back down.

What am I going to do daddy? Bella asked helplessly.

You could always try for another one, I suggested, but in

the back of my mind I knew that wouldnt happen. I saw outof the corner of my eye that Bella was nodding. The phone

startled me back into reality; I answered it slowly willing

that the station didnt need me.

Charlie! Bellas gone an-...

Shes here. I interrupted.

Oh thank god. I heard Edward say. Illbe right over. Ihung the phone up to see Bella unravelling a bandage.

What happened? I asked worriedly.

I just tripped and had a nasty cut. She smiled weakly.

Ok then. I said unconvinced; I heard Bella give a faint

gasp as she looked down at her wrist.

Whats wrong? Is there a scar?No, theres nothing. She stated as she ran her thumb over

her pale wrist. Im just going to the toilet. She smiled

sadly and rose. A slow knock on the door alerted me to

Edwardss presence. I opened it and stared directly into his

amber eyes.

Lets step outside for a minute, shall we Edward? I asked

rhetorically, making him step back onto the porch.

I dont know what youve done to my daughter; and the way

you just stiffened means obviously youve done something.

But if you dont get her another kid soon, not as a

replacement but as something for Bella, I will personally cut

your balls off and feed them to the dogs at the station,

ok? Edward gulped and nodded.

Good, glad thats sorted out. I opened the door again and

led him into the longue.

BPOV

The scar I was hoping for, to remind me of Nessie, wasnt

there. There was nothing to even hint Id cut myself.Id

just excused myself from the longue to go to the bathroom;

and was currently listening to the speech my dad was givingto Edward. Sad at knowing that Edward would never be able

to give me another child; I pulled the knife out of my

sweatshirt pocket, one that Id nicked from Charlies

kitchen while he was on the phone to Edward; and ran it

across my wrist again. I quickly re-bandaged it when I heard

Edward say to Charlie that he was coming to check up onme. I quickly wiped knife clean and stashed it in my pocket.

Bella, I know what youre doing so just come out now!

Edward hissed angrily; I opened the door and looked up at

him with my big onyx eyes.

What am I doing Edward? I asked innocently.

Cuttingyour wrist again? Edwards stated starting to

doubt himself. He breathed in deeply and stiffened.

You were werent you? I looked down and nodded my head

slightly.

Bella! He growled, but Im sure if her could have hed have

screamed, shouted, bellowed. Whatever, hed have made his

anger known.

There was no scar Edward, I just wanted to... you know...

make sure.

What Bella? Make sure what? That you were doing itright? He stopped as he saw me nod again. He wrapped me

into a hug and kissed the top of my head.

Shall we just forget it? I asked quietly. I felt him nod

again and sigh deeply. I untangled myself from his strong

arms and padded down stairs

You okay Bells? Charlie asked worriedly, I looked up at himwith big eyes and nodded.

Were gonna head off now Charlie. Edward intervened; he

smiled and walked back to the Volvo.

Youre always welcome here Bella. Remember that. I

nodded and kissed his cheek before joining Edward.

EPOV

We drove back to our house in silence, Bella looking at the

pouring rain outside.

Bella? Sweetie are you ok?She looked at me and nodded

slightly. The thing with Bella not being able to blush

anymore was that I couldnt always tell when she was lying.

As I pulled up to the house, Bellas shield dropped for a

quick second; but it was long enough for me to hear her

current thought.

Need to find him. Need to ask him. I frowned trying to

understand what it meant; as soon as I touched the gear

stick about to put the car in park, Bella was flying into the

house. I quickly parked the car, locked it and followed her

into the house. She ran upstairs, I followed her and saw her

turn into Carlisles study; I was tuning into theirconversation when his thought pounded into my head.

Edward! Privacy! Please! My father scolded angrily. I

sighed dejected and padded back downstairs.

CPOV

Bella flew into my study without even knocking, my headwhipped up in surprise.

Hello Bella, I smiled, I could her Edward currently

hovering outside my door.Edward! Privacy! Please! I

scolded angry that hed thought it was ok to eavesdrop.

What can I do for you Bella? I asked concerned at her

scared and haunted eyes.Its gone, she whispered. I frowned in confusion; thinking

she was still talking about Ness.

I know, I said sadly, Bella looked up at me confused.

You know? her eyebrows were knitted together in

confusion.

Well of course, I buried her. I stated slowly.

No! I mean about the scar I should have, Bella said looking

down at her wrist, and ran her thumb over it gently.

Oh! Thatll be because when the venom detects and injury,

without you being headless or burning, it starts to heal it.

Oh, she mumbled sadly; I leaned forward, resting my

elbows on the edge of the dark mahogany wood desk.

Bella, why do you want a scar so badly?

To remember her, I breathed in deeply, surprised by her

answer.So you want to remember her with something that caused

you pain? Not when you saw her first steps, or when she

called your name, or when she would climb into bed with you

and Edward and just ask you both to hold her? Bella, if you

can only remember her because of a scar, I pity you. Bella

sat in the chair opposite, mouth agape in shock, tears in hereyes as I walked out, and closed the door gently behind me.

Edward met me on the stairs and glared at me as we heard

Bellas broken sobs rack through the silent house. I looked

down, feeling guilty for making my daughter cry.

Good job, Dad. Edward muttered as he passed me.

EPOV

I hesitantly opened the door of the study, to see Bella

curled into a ball on a big brown leather chair and rocking

slowly.

Bella? I asked I approached the chair hoping I wouldnt

frighten her. I picked her up slowly and placed her on my lap

as she whimpered helplessly.

I want to gohunting, Edward She whispered so quietly I

had to strain to hear her.

Ok, Ill sort everything out and then we can go. She

nodded against my chest; I gently pushed her up so I could

guide her to the forest outside our house (a different one

to where Ness died.) When we passed Carlisle on the stair,

Bella flinched into my side. Carlisle looked down at the silver

stairs, ashamed at himself.Im sorry Edward.He thought to me as I passed. When we

got outside Bella ran elegantly after an elk, not her

favourite but fast enough to keep her busy. I ran in the

opposite direction, hearing the fast sound of a mountain

lions heart. I leapt onto the scared creature, and sunk my

venom coated teeth into its furry throat. Its furious roarsturned into nearly silent mewls as I drained its limp body. I

kicked the empty carcass under a big oak tree, where itd

be hidden by its shadow. I followed the honey, freesia, lilac,

lavender and cooked bread smell of Bella. I flew into a

bubbling river and stared down at my wet feet and trousers;

I climbed onto the sloped bank on the other side and triedto trace her scent. I cursed loudly, and punched a tree, at

my recklessness. Id gone and lost my wife.

BPOV

I heard Edward curse loudly and then a deafening crack. Id

only run because I was cramped, I had that feeling that

everywhere I went me as being watched observed. Checked

on. My clothes were dry now from running so fast, I knew

though that Id run far enough that he wouldnt be able to

track me for a while. I stopped when I felt water trickle

down my back; I looked up confused, and saw blindingly

clean snow. I checked around and saw the town Id run into

was deserted at the moment, seeing a sign a few metres

back I jogged leisurely over to it. I gaped at the blue and

white sign; I checked my watch.Ladies and gentlemen, I, Bella Swan, had run to Alaska in

under an hour; and Edward told me he used a car! Id have

to race him, when I returned. I felt my phone vibrate in my

jean pocket; I pulled it out and read the text from Edward.

Where are you love? Ill come and get you. XXX E

I quickly typed out my reply.I love you, Ill be back soon. XXXX Your Bella

I turned off my phone knowing Edward would start calling

soon, I know that Edward would worry even more now; but I

didnt want to hear the sorrow in his voice if I answered. I

walked slowly through the town until I saw a four star hotel,

it was painted black making it stand out in the fresh, cleansnow. I walked into the large building, and looked around; it

had large black and white marble pillars up to the high

beamed ceilings. There were large dark red chairs and sofas

in one corner of the room; with a ceiling high bookcase that

had a ladder attached to them so you could reach the books

at the top. I smiled to myself, the Cullen instinct had

obviously wormed its way into my body. I must thank Alice.

I walked over to a man that was tapping furiously at the

computer set in front of him; he looked up at me and smiled

kindly as I approached. I gasped, the man stood in front of

me had bright gold eyes; the same as me.

How can I help you, Madame? He asked politely in a

French accent.

I...erm... I... I need a room, please. Under the name Mrs

Black please. I stuttered still shocked.How much and how long? He asked looking down at his

computer; I took my black and red purse out of my pocket,

I had about twenty thousand dollars in cash and about four

hundred and seventy thousand dollars on my card, but you

can track cards; which I knew Edward would probably be

doing.Three or four thousand dollars? For about two to maybe

five nights? I asked my statement coming out as a

question. He nodded and typed at his sleek computer. He

passed me a green card that had my room number on it in

white numbers; I murmured my thanks as I walked to my

room. I slid the card into the small slot near the doorhandle, which flashed a green light, letting me in. I took a

quick shower, trying to let all my worries disappear with the

water that was gurgling down the plug. I sighed and stepped

out of the water which was now going cold. I wrapped a

large bathrobe around my pale body and a smaller white

towel around my now black hair. I looked at the digital clock

on the bedside table and sighed, it was only four oclock. I

dressed in the same clothes realizing I would need to go

shopping soon, and walked out of my room with the key and

my purse; Id purposely left my phone in the room so I

wouldnt be tempted to turn it back on and call Edward. As

I was slipping my purse into my pocket I accidentally walked

into a giggling couple.

Oh my god, Im so sorry! I said, the red eyed couple

nodded their understanding and walked around my shockedstatue. I pulled myself together, walked into the stunning

reception and waved a not-doing-anything- staff member

over to me.

How may I be of assistance, Madam? He asked seriously,

his gold eyes shimmering in the intense light.

What is this place? I asked looking around the room tosee more Vampires pottering about.

This, Madam, is the Crepuscule hotel. Crepuscule means

Twilight in French Madam and Twilight is, as you probably

know, the safest time for our kind. I stared at him blankly,

hoping the look on my face would encourage him to say more.

He sighed slightly annoyed.It is basically a Vampire hotel, Madam. I opened my mouth

to ask him another question, but he was already making his

way to another couple who were also looking slightly

perplexed. I made my way over to the helpful French

receptionist, he grinned at me widely.

Wheres the nearest tattoo place? I asked quietly.

About two minutes away. Just turn left at the end of this

street, its called the Midnight Eclipse. He smiled at me

again; I nodded my thanks and slid him a ten dollar tip. I ran

through the deserted streets to Midnight Eclipse, just as I

turned to open the door I ran into, none other than Tanya!

She scowled at me straight away then smirked realizing

that I must be heading in.

Getting something done Bella? She smirked and raised a

perfectly plucked eyebrow.Just a tattoo, what about you? I asked politely when in

fact wanted to slap her.

Oh I didnt know Edward liked tattoos now, hed always told

me hed hated them. I just got a piercing. I scanned her

body quickly and saw no new marks.

Well Edward will like this one. I cant see any knewpiercings Tanya, is it somewhere kinky? I smirked at her

expression, and walked into Midnight Eclipse. I walked over

to the guy who was doodling idly on a piece of paper, his

ears pierced so much it was more metal than flesh.

Hi, Id like a tattoo please. I said chirpily, the guy looked

at me amusement shining brightly in his eyes.Youve come to the right place then. He smirked cheekily,

he handed me a form to fill in about my change and if there

had been any problems. I took it back to him, and he pointed

me to the door I should go through to wait for the guy

whod do my tattoo. I opened the door, and pounced on the

guy whose teeth were hovering over a small womans neck,

STOP! I roared, and threw him away from the woman who

was whimpering helplessly. I glared at the man who was

sneering at me from the corner, and then led the woman to

the door.

WHY DID YOU DO THAT?! SHE WAS MINE! he roared

back, in a strong Texan accent, when I returned.

SHES HUMAN! IN MY PRESENCE YOU WONT BE

DRINKING FROM HUMANS! I bellowed; the guy seethedquietly as I took a seat on the bed.

What would you like? he spat at me venomously.

Id like 22/7/ 1995 in fancy writing, and then 14/2/2012

underneath it. Renesmee on my wrist, and a small red heart

underneath her name. The guy started moving around as I

talked, he placed two pots of black and red ink on the tablenext to the bed. He glared at me as he sat down, and then

pulled on a pair of white gloves.

This will hardly hurt, you cant touch it for a couple of

hours but then you should be ok. He said as he slid the

stool, hed be sitting on, closer to me. I nodded and lay back

on the bed, thinking of Edwards face when hed see my newtattoo. Of course hed be angry at first, hed always droned

on about how I should respect my body and leave it be,

plain, white and cold, the way he liked it. Then hed realise

how important it was to me and get one matching. I opened

my eyes from my day dream, to see the guy switching ink

pots. All he had to do now was the little red heart. I stared

skin. I started thinking about my family back in Forks and

then cursed myself for forgetting about Alice. I quickly let

my shield up, and sighed in relief knowing I must be safe,

and reminded myself not to let it down; ever again.

APOV

Youre wife is a clever bitch, I said frustrated that Id

almost had her, when she must have remembered me. Thenangry that itd taken her this long. Edward smiled from the

couch, the first smile hed cracked since shed gone.

I... I...I dont know what to do now Edward. Im sorry. I

whispered as I pulled my brother into a tight hug. My

beautiful husband walked into the room, and smiled at me

feeling the effect hed just had one me; I stuck my tongueout at him as he winked knowing that that made me want

him more. I released Edward and walked over to him, and

wrapped my small arms around his waist. He rubbed my back

soothingly.

I could try and follow her scent, if youd like Edward.

Jasper said. Edward looked up at Jasper and smiled sadly;which was his way of saying yes. Jasper nodded at him,

placed a hungry kiss on my lips and flew out of the door.

JPOV

I flew out of the door and into the forest where theyd

been hunting before Bella had run off. I jumped over the

river and ran north, after about ten minutes of running I

caught Bellas scent. I stilled and let my instincts kick in. I

ran into a small town in Alaska. I carried on following it until

I realised I was in a large hotel. I walked over to the large

reception desk.

Hello, Im looking for Bella Cullen. I smiled at the gold

eyed vampire. I then realised I must have walked into the

vampire hotel. The vamp typed on his sleek computer and

shook his head at me.Im sorry sir we dont have a Miss Cullen here. I thought

to myself, Bella always used Cullen; she adored being

married to Edward and always introduced herself as Mrs

Cullen.

Ok then. Maybe a Miss Swan. The guy typed on his

computer.A Miss Swan also isnt here. I hissed at the vamp, and

leaned over the desk, and made his emotion fear more

prominent.

Listen. My wife is in here. I hissed, thinking that was the

only way he was ever going to give me her key.

Im sorry; sir, but we dont have either of those names.The French accented vamp apologized.

Ok, well shes got large gold eyes and mahogany hair, which

almost looks black. Slightly on the thin side, full lips and a

gorgeous smile. Checked in a couple of days ago; she wont

have spent much. I glared at him as I described Bella,

recognition flew across his face.

You mean Mrs Black? I nodded Bella was smart; using the

last name of a man she now completely despised. The French

vamp fumbled around the desk and then withdrew a green

card.

Go down this hall, he said as he indicated with his hands.

Her room is number 547. I nodded my head at him in

thanks. I walked into Bellas room and made my way to the

chair, which was placed in the corner of the room. This

room practically screamed Bella, plain but oozing elegance. Iheard Bella swipe her card, so she could get into the room,

she was staring intently at her wrist as she walked in. She

threw her key card on the side board that rested near the

door. I smirked at her, realizing she still hadnt noticed I

was here. Bella looked up at me.

Oh fuck. She said simply. She turned ready to fly throughthe door; but I was faster, I was stood in front of the door

before shed even finished turning.

Going somewhere Bells? I smirked again, she opened her

mouth ready to answer back to me when she sighed in

defeat; and plopped onto the large bed. I sat down next to

her and pulled her into a large hug.Im sorry Jazz. She whispered into my chest.

Its ok Bells; we just wantto know why you ran. I soothed

and let every emotion she had pour into my body.

Everyone was watching me, I felt like I had no privacy; and

Carlisle, the disappointment I got off Carlisle was awful. I

nodded and released her from my hug

slowly.

Can we stay a little longer? Theres a guy I need to talk to.

I nodded again and got up off the bed.

Im going to buy a guitar, you stay here. Remember Bells I

am the best tracker in the family so Ill know where to find

you. I threatened, Bella gulped and nodded. I walked out of

the room with a big smile; I pulled my phone out and rang

Edward, he answered immediately.Have you found her?

Hi, toyou too, Im fine thanks for asking, how are you? I

asked sarcastically.

Jazz! Edward growled angrily.

Yes Edward, Ive found her.

Thank god, when do you think youll arrive?Arrive? I asked genuinely perplexed.

I turned on my mobile and then switched it back off when I

saw I had 284 missed calls and 1738 texts. I sighed and

realised Jazz hadnt specified where I stay; I could go out

of the room, just not the hotel presumably. I opened my

room door and scanned the long corridor, not seeing anyone

I crept out of my room. I walked into the grand reception

area when I heard someone calling my name. I turned to see

the French receptionist hurrying over to me.Madame Ive been given strict instructions not to let you

out of the hotel. He said worriedly, wringing his hands on

his smart black jacket.

I just want to stand outside in the snow. I smiled trying to

dazzle him; but trying to dazzle a vampire is harder than

trying to dazzle a human.Im sorry Madam but I cant allow it. I ignored him and

walked over to the entrance of the large hotel; when I was

tackled from behind. I was then flung over a shoulder of a

large muscled vampire. I kicked the guy hard repeatedly but

it didnt affect him, I sighed and started to struggle on his

shoulder.Might as well give in, honey. A gruff voice told me.

Im not that kind of woman. I snapped at him, he chuckled

throatily, and slapped my ass. I stopped struggling, shocked

at what hed done before I started screaming loudly. He

then ran quickly into my room, and tied me into the chair

that Jazz had been sitting on when I first saw him. I

next moment the door swung open revealing Jazz, with a

white guitar on his back, and a large amused smirk on his

Mr Black! I heard as I walked into the hotel with my new

guitar hanging on my back. I kept walking and then turnedaround realising the vamp meant me. The French

receptionist was hurrying towards me.

Yes? I asked impolitely.

Mr Black... weve had aslight problem with your wife. I

frowned, then realised he meant Bella.

Youdidnt let her go did you? I growled at theinsufferable man.

on my back. I stood shocked as she tried to wrestle me to

Of course. He opened the back doors so I could rest Bella

on the back seats. I placed her head as close to the door on

the right as possible, without it being in a place to get hit if

there was a bump in the road. I then had to fold her knees

behind the passenger seat because she was too long to lie

straight. I took off my shirt and folded it to make a cushion

for her. I slid it under her head, and climbed into the

passenger seat. We drove in silence with me occasionally

giving James instructions. As we pulled up into our longdrive I stopped with the pounding waves, I heard Bella

groan lightly and I rushed to the back of the car to help her

Oh my god, I heard her whisper lightly, I had to strain to

hear her, she moved her gaze away from my toned chest

Emmett screamed from downstairs, and it became tangled

with Bellas screams of pleasure that floated down from

upstairs. I sat on our bed playing my new white guitar; I

continued singing even when Alice came and sat beside me. I

started to sing Use Somebody by Kings of Leon. Bella

adored the song. Alice hated it ironically. Alice climbed intomy lap, as I drifted toward the end, and started to kiss my

neck.

Im going hunting, I said stiffly, and swept out of the

room in a fluid moment. I ran past Emmett and Rose who

were mostly staring at each other intently. I jumped over

the bubbling river that separated our garden from the

forest. I heard the quick movements of Alice behind me,

wanting to be alone I pushed my legs faster; I knew Id have

to face her wrath later, but later rather than sooner for

me at the moment. Alice dodged her way in front of me,

from the toaster and started buttering it; the others

grimaced as I bit into it.

hotel a monthly thing; what do you think? I stood looking athim in shock; and I felt myself nod.

Yeah, that sounds good. I smiled; and slid the eggs onto

the four plates Id set out. Edward, Rose and Emmett

picked up their forks hesitantly and studied the eggs.

Are you sure this is edible Bella? Emmett asked, as the

Im going for a walk. He snapped and walked towards the

door, with Alice following him.

Alone. He spat at her; Alice nodded and then began to sob

uncontrollably. Edward frowned, removed his arms from my

Ill go talk to him; I said and walked out into the garden.

Jazz, what the hell is up with you? I spat at him

venomously. He shrugged, playing the innocent guy; not theguy who just made Alice cry.

I dont know what youre talking about, Bells he smiled,

making my heart flutter a little. At the sound his eyebrows

rose, and he smirked at me.

What the hell is wrong with you? You just made the woman

I walked from the woods; a stomach full of blood sloshing

around inside of me. Standing at the back door, was Edward.

His tall form; filling the wooden door frame, with a

thunderous expression.

What? I spat at him, not caring that my hate for him was

probably drowning him.

You did it to Bella. I said smugly, as I felt his hurt roll off

him, as he flinched.

That was different! He said, a desperate edge starting to

appear in his voice.

Why was it? You broke Bellas heart and then walked away.Is it different because I PLANNED on coming back? I shot

him and walked into the living room. Alice was snuggled into

red eyes focused on a thick book. I walked up stairs,completely ignoring Alice, and heard Rose and Emmett going

screams. I rushed upstairs and flew into her room, and

Itd been three days! The longest three days of my life. The

tests were meant to have shown if I was pregnant by now.

All twelve tests had said negative. After Bella had

forgotten her nightmare; shed made an appointment at a

sexual health clinic for me and Emmett. We walked hand in

hand into the sterile building.

Names, please? The receptionist, Jessica, asked.

Emmett and Rosalie Cullen. Emmett smiled at her. She

fluttered her eyelashes at him, making me wrap my arms

around his toned, warm chest possessively.

DR Mallory will be out in a minute. She smiled coyly at him,

and then blushed when she realised I was glaring at her. I

dragged Emmett away from the slut, and over to the large

a pair of jeans. I swung open the bedroom door, and saw

that Jazz was stood outside my bedroom.

Hey, I said softly, and closed the door slowly.

Hey, you ok? He asked, scanning me quickly.

Where are you going? He asked again.

To go and buy a pregnancy test. I whispered; Jazz

stiffened making me feel awful.Right, he said before stalking off into his room, and

Id like some time to think, alone. Is that ok, Al? Her

I pulled into the stores car park, picked up my phone and

purse. I opened the stores door and slipped in quietly,

up a Clear Blue pregnancy test and a small loaf of bread.Bella! Jessicas scream startled me.

Jessica! I smiled at her, pretending to be shocked at

and walked into the house with the shopping bag in hand.

Everyone, excluding Jazz, made their way into the livingroom and looked at me expectantly. I sighed and walked

into the bathroom down the hall; the Cullens trailed after

WHAT!? No! I screeched at him, and then blushed bright

Sorry, he mumbled and sat on the floor outside the

bathroom. I crouched down in front of him, and kissed his

cheek.

Jazz chuckle loudly from upstairs, making me smile. I

walked into the bathroom and locked the door, even thoughhalf the people in the house could break it down if they

wanted to. I took a deep breath, and took the test thatd

change the rest of my life. I sat, holding the Clear Blue

stick in my hand. Three minutes later and the word

POSITIVE popped up along with 4 DAYS, I stared down at

the stick in shock. I opened the door to the bathroomnumbly; Edward shot up at the sight of me.

Well? He asked excitedly.

Its positive; Ive been pregnant for four days. I smiled

weakly; my legs feeling like jelly. Edward kissed me tenderly

that then became a hard, passionate kiss. He pulled away

after a minute and then gently kissed my stomach.Youre pregnant! Alice, Rose and Esme pulled me into a

tight hug; and smiled down at me.

Hello? Mrs Rosalie Cullen; its Dr Mallory. We have theresults from your visit. I waved Emmett over to me; he

came immediately and pressed his ear near to my phone.

Im sorry to say that youre womb is to hostile to hold a

child. I felt tears run down my cheek at her words; and

Emmett pulled me into his strong arms. I could hear his

heart beating slowly; and I knew him, me and Edward wouldhave to change back soon.

Itd been another stressful week; Alice and Jazz screaming

at each other. Carlisle who was using all sorts of medication

for Edward, Rose and Emmett. James leaving. Esme thoughhad been the most supportive; shed hold me and my child

an appointment at the doctors on today, the day Edward

Im Bella, and this isJasper. I smiled at her.Ok then; Bella get on the scales for me please, and then Ill

measure your height. She smiled at me, and then Jazz. I

stepped onto the large scales, and watched the hand whizz

round; and stopped at ten stone and 3 and a half lbs.

Thats perfect Bella! Thats a great weight to start at. You

should add about 300 calories to your day for the baby. DrWilson smiled at me. She led me over to a different set of

scales, and started fiddling behind me.

Youre 54, thats fine as well Bella. Would you like the

blood test first? Or the scan? She smiled. Jazz stiffened

at the words blood test.

Would your husband like to leave the room while I do theblood test?

Hes a very close friend of mine; and the more I spend time

with him, the more I fall in love with him. Jazz looked

straight back at me, and then began to smile.

Aww! She cooed, smiling at us both.

Im married and pregnant with his brothers child. I smiled

sadly.

Oh! I nodded at her shocked face.

And Im married to her sister-in-law.So not very complicated then. She smiled, and then

started laughing at her own joke.

Ill have the blood test first please; get it over with. You

can leave, go and get a drink and then come back in a bit if

you want Jazz. I smiled; he nodded his thanks and then

left hastily. I sat further back on the bed and closed myeyes as she started prepping the needles. I peeked open my

eyes and saw her putting three empty vials on a tray near

me; at the sight of the long needle I whimpered quietly.

This will only take about 3 minutes, Bella. I nodded, my

eyes still closed; and whimpered again when the needle

pierced my skin. As she said, about three minutes later shewithdrew the needle; wrapped the tiny wound with cotton

wool and medical tape.

The door swung open revealing Jazz, with his eyes glowing

neon gold. I smiled at him; and then gasped as Dr Wilson

put cold blue gel on my flat stomach. She laughed lightly;

and Jazz came to sit by my side and grabbed my hand. She

heart sped up.

Is something wrong? I and Jazz asked simultaneously. She

shook her head, and clicked on the keyboard.

Im seeing three. She said, still frowning.

Please say feet and not children. I said almost screaming

at her.

Do you not want three children? She asked, finally looking

away from the screen.I dont know. Maybe.

You could always put two up for adoption. She offered

kindly.

NO! I roared at her. She held her hands up in mock

surrender.

Sorry. I said sheepishly.Yeah, definitely three. Youre a mother of triplets Bella!

She said cheerfully.

Ok Bella, I suggest you dont drink any alcohol now, youll

need to bump you calorie intake by 900 calories. 300 for

each child. Drink lots; water would be the best. Dont smoke,

or be around anyone who smokes; as itll harm them. Wereall finished after that; we need to make an appointment

every two weeks for the first trimester. She smiled; I

nodded trying to remember everything shed said. Jazz

squeezed my hand, a reassuring gesture that hed help. I

wiped off the gel with paper towels shed handed to me; and

left me to get dressed behind a horrible curtain. Jazz

I drove slowly, my eyes going from the road to Bella. Bellawhod admitted shed loved me, about an hour ago. I smiled

at the thought of Bella glowing, again, through the stages of

pregnancy. It was wiped from my mind when I imagined the

kids with HIS hair. I pulled into Charlies drive, and waited

for Bella to come round from her daydream. Her eyes began

to focus on the house in front of us; she looked at me andthen jumped; obviously forgetting Id accompanied her.

Come on, I said gently and I appeared at her door, took

her hand and dragged her to the front door. I knocked on it

when Bella sucked in a big breath, and nodded.
