Welcome and thank you for attending this year’s NOLA: A Night at the Parade Silent Auction. 100% of the money raised tonight will go to Hawks Rise Elementary School. Please enjoy the auction, food, drinks, music, raffle and company.

All information was correct at the time of printing. Changes to the bid book or auction items will be posted on signage. Thank you.

Please write your bid and number legibly on the bid sheet.

Please observe the minimum bids and bid increase amounts noted on the bid sheets. No bid starting below the minimum bid will be considered a legal bid. No bid increase below the minimum increase will be considered a legal bid.

You may bid on as many items as you wish, as often as you wish, up to the close of the auction. Please be advised that if your bid is the highest at the close of the auction, you will be considered the purchaser of that/those items. Auction staff will make the final determination on who wins if it comes down to the buzzer.

To assist with keeping track of your bids, we have placed check boxes next to the item names.

To check out, please head to the registration table. We accept cash or check for all purchases. You may purchase with a credit card if your winnings total $100 or more.

If you are unable to claim your item(s) by the end of the auction, a committee member will contact you for pick up details. The credit card that you provided at check in will be charged for your item(s).
