FROM OUR CHEFWelcome to our first culinary brochure where you will find promotions and of course anything seasonal or special for the month.

Let me introduce myself. I’m Gerard Spuesens, Executive Chef at Hilton Antwerp Old Town. To help your spring and summer sparkle, we are excited to introduce our brand new ‘Seasonal Menu’ featuring fresh sea bass, Iberico pork fillet and

strawberries ‘Romanoff’.2-course menu € 28,- pp | 3-course menu € 32,- pp

Our ‘à la carte’ options are obviously indulged with seasonal delicacies to be perfectly enjoyed on the terrace with a glass of wine complimented with a splendid view. Our roasted rack of lamb gives you that great juicy roasted flavour that reminds you of

a summer barbecue. To complete your dining experience, bring summer to your table with a classic traditional Italian sweetness, panacotta with pink grapefruit. Treat yourself to this great summer feeling and I look forward to seeing you soon
