party payor audit appeals. Specifically, Ms. Ryan also devotes a significant portion of her practice to counseling healthcare billing and management companies on matters affecting their business practices as well as physician group practices.

Affordable Care Act with Gregory W. Moore, J.D.

Are you ready to practice in a bundled payment world? Few can survive this changing environment without adopting new strategies to align with the Affordable Care Act’s triple aim of 1) improving the experience of care; 2) improving the health of populations; and 3) reducing per capita costs. We are seeing shifts across the integrated delivery models like the Patient Centered Medical Home and the Accountable Care Organization. A review of many of these models and the strategic benefits (or lack thereof) will guide us to predicting the future of healthcare, what we can expect and how we can maximize our benefit.

Gregory W. Moore chairs Clark Hill’s National Healthcare Group. He has provided counsel to health care providers ranging from sole physicians to the largest hospital systems. His practice covers the spectrum of regulatory, transactional and litigation services, focusing on health reform matters, joint ventures, managed care, regulatory compliance, labor and employment matters, and international collaboration and business ventures. Mr. Moore was named to Indiana’s List of Who’s Who Behind the Scenes in Health Care in 2004, and he has lectured around the globe on the health care industry and reform, global health care delivery, and behavioral health care matters.
