After installing the NVR Standards SmartGuide you will see the desktop icon for the program.

Double click the icon to open the NVR Standards SmartGuide .


This is the Main Menu screen

for the NVR Standards

SmartGuide.

Lets look at the buttons at the

bottom.


Clicking the Logo button brings up

this logo box. Here you load your

organisations logo and name into

the program.


Opens a Word Help file detailing how the

program works.

If you have a problem or query clicking

this will open a new email message for

you to send to us.

Closes the program down, make sure your

work is saved first!


Now we will select the

Standards for Initial

Registration button.


This takes us to the Standards

for Initial Registration screen

which shows all required SNR

Standards for initial

registration.

We will click SNR 4.


This is the work form for the

SNR Standards. All text in the

white boxes is editable.

All content has been designed

to fully address each

requirement point within the

each SNR Standard.

We will look at each area of the

work form in detail.


Use this control to navigate easily

between each SNR Standard.


Using the Navigator to move easily

between each point within each SNR

Standard.


Double clicking the blue form name opens

the example forms provided (over 30

included) with instructions on how to

complete.

Clicking the Link button allows you to

browse your files, select and link your own

forms to the program.


Returning to the Main Menu

we will select the Standards for

Continuing Registration button.


This takes us to the Standards

for Continuing Registration

screen which shows all required

SNR Standards for continuing

registration.

We will click SNR 15.


This is the work form for the SNR

Standards. It is the same layout and

functions as the Initial registration work

form making it easy to transition from

initial to continuing registration for new

RTOs.

All content has been designed to fully

address the continuing registration

requirements within the each SNR

Standard and is different to initial

registration text.

The difference is the emphasis is on

implementation and deployment.


For consistency of design and use we have kept the

form elements the same as for both initial and

continuing work screens.

Use this to move easily between

each SNR Standard (11 SNR

Standards for both initial and

continuing registration).

Use the Navigator to move

between each point within each

SNR Standard.


Clicking the Print button takes

you to a Print Preview window.


The organisation name and logo you

saved into the program at the Main

Menu will show here when you print.


You also have many print or export

options available to use.

Click the green disk icon to export

your work in any of the following

formats.
