OBJECTIVES Students will be able to look at photographs
and learn how to read, analyze, and deconstruct the techniques used by the photographer.
Students will complete a photo analysis handout to critique photographs.
Students will join the academic discussion board edmodo; they will respond to their peers using correct grammar.
USING PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE CLASSROOM! Study the picture for two minutes.
Form an overall impression of the photograph. Record you results on photo analysis worksheet.
Examine individual items: people, objects, activities.
Based on what you observed, list three things you might infer from this photograph.
