I am requesting a study which was conducted between 1940 and 1941 by the Port of New York Authority regarding the feas ibility of resuming service on the New York, Westchester & Boston Railway. This report was referenced in an April 1941 Letter from John Borg (Chairman of the Program and Work Committee of PNYA).

Any records that the Port Authority has regarding the New York, Westchester and Boston Railroad would be very helpful to my research. However, my primary focus is this specific report if that is possible to obtain. Thanks for your consideration.
