PLANS AND PERMITS• Final working drawings by certified designer• All building permit applications and fees• All building inspections• All building location surveys
BASEMENT• Excavation and backfill of foundations• Drainage tile around perimeter of foundation, with crushed gravel• Poured 4” concrete floor on a 4” gravel base• Poured 8” foundation walls on 6” footings with pour height of 7’10”• Rough-in underground plumbing for 3 piece bathroom in basement
STRUCTURE• Wood frame construction• 2x6 exterior walls, 7/16” aspenite and Tyvek on outside walls• 2x10 floor joists with 5/8” spruce plywood screwed and glued• 2x4 interior walls, unless otherwise specified in plans• Truss roof construction• ½” spruce plywood roof sheathing• 9’ ceilings on main floor• 8’ ceilings on upper floor
